"Place order on 7/9/2015 for an A/C unit that was in stock. I called on the 13th and was told the order had shipped. I called on the 27th and was told it had not even been shipped.
I cancelled my order and will never do business with them again."

"I ordered a 3.5 ton Heat Pump condenser on July 17th. The product was shipped timely with an unreliable freight company, ABF Freight Company. The shipping terminal in Kinston, NC received the shipment at 8AM Friday the 24th of July and were not going to deliver it until July 30th, because they only had one truck with a lift gate. They required I get permission from AC Wholesalers to pick up from the terminal. I called, and got an email with a statement that they approved pick up from the terminal. They failed to inform me that I personally had to pick the shipment up!!! I paid my installers $100 to drive 180 miles only to find out the ABF would not release the shipment to them. I then had to drive the same 180 miles to pick the shipment up.
This whole experience of buying from AC Wholesalers was spoiled because of the shipper they chose. The Kinston Terminal representative, Lisa, tried her best to be rude, non-helpful and uncaring about doing a good job.
I had intended to purchase another system in the near future, but I have major doubts about AC Wholesaler's ability to to do a good job shipping.
I hope to be reimbursed for the $35 I paid for a lift gate delivery, but probably will not. The ABF terminal in Kinston should not get paid for non-delivery, but I am told they will get their payment anyway."

I ordered a split system, an hour later I canceled the order since it will not fit for my situation. I was assured that it was all taken care of and my money would be refunded. It has been a week and I still have not been refunded. Luis, the call center manager, has shown that he does not care about customer service. He kept saying, "wait till the order has arrived, then reject it, once it is back here, THEN we will refund your money." That is so unacceptable since it was ACWHolesalers fault for not terminated the order as requested. If the above happened to you, how would you feel?
I have called him 6 times. 3 times he was at lunch. 1 time he had left for the day. 1 time he was in a meeting, and 1 time he answered the call only to tell me that "it was close to the end of the day. Call back tomorrow and let me see what I can do..." You may have great prices, but your customer service SUCKS. Even you voice prompt: "Due to demand for your product, you may experience a long hold time" = "We are not intelligent enough to hire more staff. We are going to make you wait on the phone." I will be posting this review ever where I can. I need more of some of your products, but there IS NO WAY I will order them from your company!"

"Their customer service is impossibly bad. They are dishonest about shipping times.
I ordered this unit on 6/8/2015 to add to an existing system. The item status was in stock and advertised 1-2 day shipping. - Over the next two weeks I made several phone calls and sent an email to find out when it had shipped (or would ship) and was never given an answer. I was told repeatedly that they were upgrading various things (the phone system, the computers, etc) and they would promise me a call back, which I did not get a single time. Finally, the unit shipped on 6/19 by UPS ground and I received it on 6/23. Although I did finally receive my order, my customer was very frustrated and disappointed. Don't believe the promised shipping timeframes and don't waste your time calling customer service.

"ordered a unit and the next week i got a email stating the order was canceled. web site site stated this unit was in stock but was NOT. so i lost a week by the time i got told why order was canceled and had to order a different model. you wait forever on the phone to talk to a person. i should have been charged the same price for the 2nd unit i had to change to."
