"I purchased an LG PTAC unit and it was awful. They shipped it to me broken. And then when I tried calling them I couldn't get anyone on the phone for 2-3 days. I eventually gave up and went directly to LG who thankfully covered my warranty.

And after I got customer service on the line, they recommended I go to LG instead of them. WHAT the HECK!??

I read so many negative reviews online. It is not worth a few hundred bucks... go somewhere else where you can rely on the seller."

"This product took about 2 weeks from ordering to shipping, even though it was listed "in stock." When trying to call the customer service number, it was either no longer in service or disconnected. At this point, I ordered the product from another store, which arrived within a few days. Then I get an email saying this product had shipped from HVAC Stores. Having no use for it after the ~3 weeks it took to receive it, I looked into returning the product. This is allowed, but only after paying a 15% "restocking fee" as well as paying the sellers shipping and the cost to ship it back. After all this, one is left with a small enough refund that is makes it not worth the effort to ship the product back. It almost make you wonder if this is a scam they use to get 15% from customers for all these returned products, which they can then turn around and resell at full price. Go with one of the companies working through Amazon as they tend to be more reliable and have better return policies. "

"Did not deliver as promised on Thursday 7/16/15. When I called about the delivery, they said they had a mix up at work and they would deliver it on 7/17/15 AM. I asked if it could be picked up at the warehouse and they stated it could. Therefore, I had my son pick it up on 7/16/15 after 5:30 PM as I needed it since my AC quit working. They were very friendly and said they were sorry for not delivering as promised. Thanks"

"This was the worst online buying experience ever !!!!! . I ordered a fieldpiece digital manafold gauge on 06/15/2015 and they did not ship it until 07/02/15 , 18 days later , when i refused delivery i was told that i would have to pay a 15% restocking fee plus a shipping fee of $23.60 for a grand total of $ 77.40 !!!!!! WHAT A RIPOFF !!!! PLEASE DONOT BUY ANY THING FROM ACWHOLESALERS .........."

"Terrible service. I received an e mail saying my unit was shipped out. I tried to track the unit with the tracking number provided, and it could not be found. After ten days I contacted the carrier directly. The carrier advised me they had never received the unit. I called wholesalers and got transferred to an extension that just hung up on me. I called again and they said they would look into and call or email me back. I never received either. So I called back. Low and behold, they said it was ready to be shipped out the morning I called. I'll see how the rest of this goes. Second time dealing with these clowns, and both times the same results. Alpine home air, is a thousand times better to work with."

Was promised multiple times by the supervisor they would ship and did ship but yet never did ship. I lost hours of work by not getting this product as promised and the time I spent chasing them was not worth the $20 savings. Buy your products from AC4Life much better customer experiences and way more reputable"

"I chose to purchase here because they had my item and in stock. I live 150 miles from acwholesaler and chose them even though not best price as was to be delivered quicker. I still do not have the unit 1 week later 90+ degrees every day in south Florida ! "
