"I ordered this unit on Feb17th, it did not ship until one month later, March 18th. It said that this item was in stock at the time I ordered it. It arrived about a week later with the box all beat up and opened up in spots. I refused the package and sent it back with UPS. I receive packages from UPS almost every day, I have never had anything show up in this condition. I think it was all beat up before it even left. Then I received an email asking what I wanted to do. I said that I still needed this unit for one of my motel rooms. The order was canceled instead of trying to make it right. We have 2 motel properties, consisting of a total of 52 rooms that are going to need new heater/ac units. I can't even get one from this company. No problem, I will take my business elsewhere. When I originally was placing the order on the phone after finding the unit I needed in the website, the person on the phone kept referring to this as a "115 valve", it is listed as 115v/ac. That should have been the sign that the professionals that they have available to answer questions aren't but, well you get the picture. I am finding a different supplier of my needs. "

"AC Wholesales uses deceptive business practices.

I chose their store because of a 5% off coupon they offered for an Ecobee thermostat. I was able to apply that coupon in my cart, but upon checking out, they removed the discount and charged me full price.

I sent an email to their customer service group about the issue, but was denied a price adjustment because they stated that the coupon offer had expired. It is now a week later and the coupon is still showing up as active on their site, so I can only assume they placed it there as a bait and switch scam.

I am currently considering whether I should return the product or not."
