"I bought an AC from this company last fall and everything went well. However, when I tried to buy 2 units for my beach property and have them shipped to that location, It was anything by a simple process. I was trying to send it when I could be at the location to receive it. It became a cluster _ _ _ _ with them. They required me to send credit card and drivers license photos to them. It was delayed by a clerk in their accounting office. I called to speak with them on the phone and explain what I was doing. No help!!! I tried to speak with customer service and was given the run around. The logistics department of this company would not cooperate with me on shipping to a location convenient for me to pick up.
Their prices are great, but if you need help beyond that, I would not recommend them to use. They are unwilling to work with you. "
