"horrible customer service. waited on hold for 30min+ and the guy was a total jerk. ordered Honeywell dehumidifiers that were "in stock" at the time of order and they didn't come three weeks later. at time of call the guy was joking around that's just the way life is etc, and they wouldn't do anything about it. Never was notified that there would be such a delay and got screwed on a job because of blowing it a month later than expected with all their delays and misinformation."

"My initial purchase from ACWholesalers.com went smooth. I had the unit professionally installed and faxed the appropriate information to them to validate my warranty. However, when I actually needed to USE my warranty it was a disaster. My initial contact with the Customer Service Rep was fine, he was polite and emailed me the Warranty Claim Form immediately. After I sent it back...crickets. I called back 4 days later and was told the Warranty Dept would call me by 4:30 p.m. After not hearing anything for 2 more days I called again. I was informed by the Customer Service Rep that the Warranty Dept still hadn't reviewed my, but he would put in an expedited review request. The next day I did get an email from a Warranty Rep stating they needed more info (don't know why it took almost a week to tell me that!). Over the next few days we exchanged emails a couple of times, but basically I got the run-around - and ultimately denial - of the warranty that I was promised. Warning to all (atleast on the Goodman units): there's not actually a warranty guarantee by ACWholesalers. I got a screenshot from the rep of the Goodman website page showing the UNREGISTERED 5 year warranty status that GOODMAN offers on all of their units, regardless of where you buy it. The REGISTERED 10 year warranty is what's affected by the internet purchase, and what ACWholesalers should be covering (with the submission of the proper paperwork, which I did). However, it was to much disgust and disappointment that I learned they're not willing to uphold their end of the deal. I, nor anyone I know (or can warn via reviews) will EVER buy anything from this place again!!"

"When one of the two items I ordered was back ordered almost indefinitely due to a strike I had to call, push and demand that they split the order so I could have at least the item that was available. They should have automatically offered that solution but seems their policy is probably reluctant due to added shipping cost. BTW these were small items less than 1 lb. Definitely an opportunity for improvement. "

"The filter I ordered arrived damaged due to poor packaging. I called your customer service and told them about the problem on4-2-15 and was told to take pictures and email them to ****@****. I did this on 4-2-15 at about 7:00PM. I tried to follow up on Friday and was told by Ari that the photos were received and someone from customer service would get back with me on Friday or Monday at the latest. Well, it is now Monday evening about 10PM and still no response about my damaged air filter. Your company is great with accepting orders, charging for them, and at least in this case packaging orders with not much care. Maybe this email will get a better response than to 2 phone call I made to your company about my problem. You have my email, street address, and phone number if anyone cares to follow up instead of foul up on my order."
