"The salesperson was very friendly. My order was taken in a professional manner. The purchase was shipped with-in the designated time frame. My tracking was slightly delayed in that I ordered on A Friday and the shipping company (ABF Freight) does not work on week-ends. Once my tracking was activated I was kept well informed of my probable delivery by ABF and one week from giving my order , my equipment was delivered to my home. My unit is installed and seems to be working properly. My unit is slightly dinged up, but not too bad. My biggest disappointment is that although my unit is not used, the rating plate reveals that the it was manufactured in Feb of 2010. I will be checking to see if I have missed out on any revisions or modifications that Rheem might have made that would have been to my benefit. "
