"The TV was ordered on 3/5 and took till 3/25 to arrive. 20 days to arrive. When the TV arrived from Am home delivery it was the WORST experience IVE ever had in receiving a package. I was told the TV was already open and inspected and that they HAVE to open the box again and turn it on in front of me. If i did NOT agree to this they would take the TV back and reschedule a delivery. They had TWO delivery people but only ONE of them roughly carried the 65" $3,000.00 TV to the front of my garage where I gave them a power cord to plug in the TV. The deliver person took the top of the box off. The box WAS opened already. While doing this the other deliver person was taking pictures. This is in the driveway to my HOME. The TV seemed to power on NOT sure never saw anything. IF I KNEW THAT NEWEGG WOULD USE SUCH SHADY DELIVERY SERVICE I WOULD NEVER EVER HAVE BOUGHT THIS TV FROM THEM AT ANY SALE PRICE. BUYER BEWARE TO CHARGE 160.00 TO DELIVER A TV AND GO THREW AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS IS NOT WORTH ANY SALE...."

"Orders a dishwasher 1/31. As of 2/25 I STILL don’t have it. AM trucking keeps moving back the delivery date. Ignored 3 emails I sent asking why and what is going on. All I got was a reply saying “you should be mid week”. Customer service is terrible and they lie about the day things will deliver. Don’t use!"
"I was worried about getting an appliance delivered from AM because of all the negative reviews, but it all went smooth.
I got a robocall three days before the delivery about the scheduled appointment and I was given a 3 hour window in which the driver was going to pull up.
On the delivery day, I got another call, approx. 20 minutes before the delivery, which was exactly in the middle of that 3 hour window.
The deliverymen were nice and took care of the appliance and my home, so I want to thank the company by leaving a positive review."

After multiple calls back and forth our delivery time was changed multiple times(took over a month to get the bed), they could never get their answers straight when it came to the info needed and when we asked for a status update they kept telling us the same answer stating that it was in transit. On the day of delivery they changed the window of delivery on me last minute. And when the bed finally got here it was supposed to be with white glove delivery. They refused to set it up stating that wasn't part of it. When we had been specifically told that it was part of the delivery process earlier in this stupid process. Never again. My 65 inch TV was a huge purchase for my family, so I didn’t take shipping it lightly. The website is a little old but these guys aren’t Fedex or UPS. They delivered exactly when they promised. "I never write reviews but this company is HORRIBLE to deal with. They have had my item since December 17th. Every time I call to get a delivery update I get a different answer. I was guaranteed it would be delivered on December 24th, then on December 24th I was told it would either be delivered on the 26th or 27th. Today (December 26th) I was told it would be delivered on January 2nd or 3rd. Am I ever going to receive my shipment? In the future if this company has to deliver my merchandise I will cancel the order and get my items elsewhere. I wouldn’t even care if it is going to take longer to deliver if I got accurate information when I call. This is ridiculous. If they can’t handle the volume of orders they are receiving they need to give that business to someone who can handle it. By far, the WORST company I have ever dealt with!!"

"Gotta admit I was worried after reading some reviews. I seldom order online, so wondered how it would go. Daniel Cameron of Atlanta office should see that drivers Jacari and Phillip get a Christmas bonus. I was called from office to say chair was scheduled to arrive Fri. between 4 and seven PM. I live in rural north Fl. At 8:00 I called and nice woman said I was last on delivery list, but they should make it. At 9:00 Jacari called and said they were still about an hour away and could I possibly take delivery Sat. morning. Fine with me as long as I knew what to expect. They called from truck to say they would arrive in about fifteen minutes. AND THEY DID!!
Guys were extremely professional and friendly. They brought my chair into house, removed wrappings, and allowed plenty of time for me to inspect (even asked if color was Ok).
Jacari said he has worked for AM for ten years. Judging by other reviews, I think he should hold training sessions for new drivers. I am so relieved to write this positive review, and hope it is helpful to both company and potential customers.

"Totally unreliable and never emails about update on tracking. Tracking info on website is bogus and only gets updated after calling them and asking about status. Most of the time the supervisor overseeing the shipment is never available."
"Item recieved on 12/2/19 took 3 days before it was processed and in the system showing they had it. Waited for a call and nothing so called on 12/5/19 was told it was being scheduled for delivery and they would be in touch. Waited till following week 12/9/19 called back was told it was missed for the weeks delivery to the area and would try to deliver by the end of the week. Called back at end of week 12/13/19 asking for a call back and recieved no response. Finally 12/17/19 item was scheduled called in had location, time, type of delivery answered prior to confirming for the Thursday 12/19/19 delivery date. Recieved a call around 10 am on 12/19 and no message another from new york and left message and returned call to and was told there was a GPS location that led to the order routing error and my item was now in Shreveport La 4 hrs aways when iive only 2.5 from Houston and delivery now will not be till 12/23/19 and then was hung up on by Jesse. I have called a hand full of time over these weeks and heard them type out numerous emails word for word with details and yet not only no response but slow to schedule and deliver then problems and even had the purchase store email management and ownership and the response read to me was utter lies trying to cover for the incompetence and blaming me instead.
