"Worst trucking company! Cancelled my delivery with sketchy excuse and again today saying their truck broke down. AND to make matters worse, they communicate via a worthless and frustrating recorded message where you can’t speak with anyone and wait times are an hour to speak with a customer service rep. I called the first time for the no show delivery and sat on hold for 45 minutes just to be disconnected. Of course, no one called me back even though they had my number. Called back and spoke with someone after 45 minutes who said the truck is in my driveway!! Nope! Then as told the truck broke down. No timeline given on when my delivery will arrive. I asked why they didn’t give me the courtesy of a call since it’s been 3 1/2 hours since I received the automated message that they were 20 mins away but didn’t get an answer. Scam!!! Sketchy! And they’re on BBB with complaints too. Do not use them!!! So frustrating. "
"Waiting at the front door with door open, truck never arrived and then claimed they were not able to deliver! Will not take a call! took two days off work to receive delivery. Avoid this company. I should have checked reviews before trusting this company.

"Their Online Tracking portal is totally useless as the data isn't correct. You call and you will wait for over an hour. Dont send the email as they recommend as no one ever responds. Don't press "0" for a call back as they never call back and you loose your place in line.
Ordered my stove and range hood from NY on June 30th and their systems says its still in transit, if you call and speak to a rep they say its still in the NY warehouse. I know that our Truckers can get across country in 3 days not 30+ days unless they have 1 truck and stop at every city, town, village, farm house on the way.
If your seller has an alternative use a different company....

"My order was out for delivery for longer than 2 months. Customer service does not reply emails nor calls, regardless of escalation to 9 different people. Their website with fake reviews is a joke and tracking does not reflect the truth."
"After waiting for our new recliner for nearly a month and a half with no regular updates, we were notified that they would be delivering it the next day between 1-5. Because they gave zero notice, I had to take the day off of work even though money and shifts are tight right now from Covid. I wasted hours and hours waiting for the delivery and it never came. After the promised delivery window we got a quick call saying they were running late but would be there within the hour. After the hour passed, we attempted to call every number they provided- and even the “after hours support number” left us on hold forever, hung up, or transferred us to a dead message line. We made 10+ phone calls, emailed for support, and reached out in every way we could think of. We were on hold for over 2 hours in total and were not connected with a single person every though it kept saying we were next to speak to someone. Another 4 hours passed (I had waited for more than 8 hours at this point) and not a single phone call for the delay and the order never came- nothing was ever delivered.
I then Found hundreds of scathing reviews online, many with stories like mine. When we tracked the item with their website, it showed it was out for delivery, and then all of a sudden, the same tracking site says that they cannot find any order with my order number. Now, the tracker that said my item was being delivered within an hour is saying there is no order number matching my information. This company is a total SCAM. It appears as though they doctor the tracking information, when in reality your items aren’t even out for delivery. As with many others, it looks like we will be forced to take them to court for fraud and theft. Thankfully we recorded all of the conversations and took screenshots of all of the tracking “updates” that all of a sudden disappeared. I think the best thing to do would be if all of the victims of this companies illegal practices group together and file a joint complaint. AM Home Delivery needs to be held accountable for their fraud and shady business practices. When they lie and refuse to deliver product as agreed upon in the sales contact, they have committed theft of my property. I am still out $700 because they have not held up their end and delivered. This company deserves to be shut down.

"I ordered a sofa off overstock.com from a company name Modway on May 13. The estimate time frame was 1-4 weeks. I needed the sofa for an event so I called on June 8th and was told that a urgency note was placed on my order and it will be delivered soon. On June 11th I called again to pickup the item myself so that I do not have any issues not receiving it on time. I was told to get permission from the store to grant me to pickup, I did and permission was email to 4 people including my self. That same evening I received a delivery confirmation for June 12 between 1:30-5:30pm. I waited all day for them until 5:24pm I called to check on the status. I was told that the driver is running behind. 7pm I received a call from a “718” area code, I answered and the person hang up. I tried to call back but only got the automated service. At 8pm I called back and was told that the truck broke down and they went back to the warehouse. I was 10mins away from where they supposedly be. I stressed that I needed it for an event the next day. I was told the manager will call me but I didn’t receive any calls. Right now I’m so stressed out because that product is for a wedding decor next week. After reading all these reviews I feel that I will not get this product and I have no time to purchase elsewhere. Completely unfair!! "
"Told my order was ready for pick up on 5/31. Told they picked it up 6/5 but no tracking details were showing. Finally, tracking details are showing saying my freight wasn’t actually picked up until 6/12. Ridiculous. Wonder how long it will now take from New York to Texas??? :( hope it doesn’t sit on another dock for 2 weeks. "
"Took over a month just to get a chair delivered from Missouri to Texas. Once they got to my home, they wanted to just dump the chair off at the door unboxed. I wasnt at home, but my wife told them that they need to open the box so that she could ensure that it was even the right chair, and to also check for any possible damage. Once opened, the legs were not on the chair, so they just left the rest of the work for us to do. They also did not take the big box that it came in, so we have to get rid of it ourselves. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE"
"How is this company still in business??? Horrible shipping frame time, terrible tracking service. No reliable customer service. Bad handling of equipment. Dragged the box of $4.5k 86" TV to get in my place and then stand it up like it was nothing to be careful with and then the TV is smashed, not hard to guess where things went wrong. So another 10 working days or more for another TV since they don't even deliver on weekends when the working fellow is actually home."

"We had a delivery scheduled between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. Junior called me 7:00 a.m. to let me know he would be here in about an hour. About an hour later, the guys carefully unloaded my 86” 170 Pound TV. They carefully brought it inside, unboxed and demonstrated the TV would turn on and had no ship damage. They then reboxed it for me. In and out in few minutes. This is the first delivery I have had with AM Trucking. Thanks for an uneventful shipping and delivery process.

"Really bad service. Took 16 days to schedule a delivery for a time frame between 4 and 730pm. Two men show up at 10pm with no notification. As a single mother with 2 children in the home, I sent them on their way and asked to reschedule delivery. Second delivery was scheduled 4 days later, when the truck arrived they didn't have my shipment on the truck! THIRD delivery scheduled 25 DAYS from when I made the purchase and the order has yet to make it to my home."
"My refrigerator came from NY to TX in 12 days (2 weekends) 5 days faster than promised. Delivered on time, in perfect shape, first time. No complaints at all. I would have given 5 stars if it had arrived faster - but still it was well within an acceptable time."
