"Found A Matter of Fax searching the web. The website was very easy to navigate and find the part I needed to repair my T.V.. After placing my order I received a e mail stating my part was not available and to call for assistance, I called and spoke with a man who told me the part was available and had been shipped I received my replacement part within 3 days and can now enjoy my T.V. again. I was also very pleased with the pricing. Local repair shops wanted almost 4 times as much for the same part.

"I purchased an HP printer and 4 additional toners. After using what was in the printer for 6 months I discovered the toner they sent me was generic and it would not work in my printer. I called them and they said they would not only refund my money but would also pay for the return shipping. That was in May. Not only did I not get my refund as promised, they accused me of trying to rip them off. They claimed the toner I sent back was actually HP toner and refused to refund the money. Lucky for me they returned it so I was able to show proof it I purchased an HP printer and 4 additional toners. I have decided to contact the Attorney General's office for NJ and OH as well as the BBB. If I did business this way I would be out of business. Please do not buy from them was theirs and not an HP product and they still refused to refund my money. I ended up talking to the owner thinking he would help. Now I know where the employees get their professionalism from."
