Since my shipment came from two different warehouses, I was only ever provided with one tracking number. Therefore, I was unable to track the second portion of my purchase. However, there was little need to track since my shipment arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Also, I wouldn't even call the pricing competitive as it decimated the competition. I found out they needed to test the printer before shipping. The shipping department did not communicate with me, but information had to go through a middle person. Why they haven't tested it out yet in over a week and shipped it is hard to understand at this point, but I will try to be patient.
