Without any hesitation, he offered to correct the matter expeditiously which I heartily accepted. I am now satisfied."

Back in July I placed an order for a charger for a Canon battery. I got a call that the part I had ordered was out of stock (even though the website said it was), and they tried to get me to accept an overpriced generic item in its place.
After I placed a review here, I got a call back from Michael in customer service who said he would ship me the item I originally ordered.
Long story short, after many phone calls and emails, they never delivered the item. All in all, an extremely frustrating experience. Stay away."

"**UPDATE: I originally changed the below review after speaking with Michael (and at his request), who apparently deals with unsatisfied customers that post bad reviews. He's a nice guy and is very accomodating, though it took a while for my refund to finally come in. Though my experience was mostly resolved, I'm putting my honest review back up, to help future customers. It speaks for itself, so all I'll say is that it's unfortunate that a company has chosen to conduct business in this manner...**
The reviews of this company that say they bait and switch are 100% accurate. I ordered a Nikon sb-600 flash that is STILL, to this day, shown as "in stock" on their website, only to be called by a rep near close of business to say that it's on "back order" and offer some other random flash. He was reading from a script, and everytime I tried to interrupt him he got agitated and insisted on continuing.
Ultimately I agreed, but after thinking for a minute, I called back less than an hour later. Of course the guy called as they were closing, so I couldn't reach anyone when I called back that same day. Called the next morning only to be told that it was already shipped!! Told the rep that I did not want this other flash (of course they didn't note THAT in the file) and was told to just call back when I got it so it can be returned.
Low and behold, now that I'm trying to do that, they're saying I can't. This thing is still sitting in the box it came in, completely unopened and unused. I press "3" for customer service, only to be told that customer service reps are "not available" at this time?! And that NO supervisors are available at this time?! And why did I get put on hold like 5 times if no customer service reps or supervisors were around?
This is the biggest scamming operation ever. In addition, the sales guy was EXTREMELY rude and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. Even hung up on me.
After calling several times, the guy finally takes my name and number and says he'll give it to a supervisor whenever someone comes around. Right. TRUST ME, the measely savings you might THINK you're getting at this site definitely are not worth it.
Try Amazon, Best Buy...hell, even eBay before using these guys. I do a lot of internet shopping, and have done so for years and years, but this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I don't ever write reviews, even if the experience is less than expected, but I had to here. Avoid Accessory Circut.

When i did he was very sincere and sorry and immediately found and shipped out my lens. I was promised my lens by next week. This turn around was very satisfying and im very pleased by Michael Stevens frankness and willingness to fix and help me with my problem.
