"They were nice enough to let me know that the stock camera battery I wanted was back ordered and would take 2 weeks to get but they have in stock a higher capacity battery that takes up to 300 more pictures before needing to be recharged for an extre few dollars. Now some people call that bate and switch but I call that good service.

When I ordered it, it was apparently out of stock. Mike Stevens was a champ. He found me my flash. So after all is said and done, I got my flash and for a great price. "Well I should have known better, but I tried it anyway. After reading some of the reviews on here, I called the company to make sure they had the Sony HVL-F42AM flash in stock so I could place my order. I was assured that it was. However, after I placed my order I received a phone call telling me that it was suddenly out of stock. They promptly tried to sell me a more expensive Sony flash, but I wasn't interested. They did however promptly cancel my order per my request.

After speaking with Michael Stevens, he has offered to give me a discount and find the flash for me from one of their vendors. I appreciate his help and I am looking forward to receiving the flash within the next few days. Thanks to Michael and I will post my final review after I receive the flash.

After placing the order for the flash on 3/17, we received it on 3/26. It seems to be working properly and is brand new. I ended up getting a great product at a price that was almost half of retail. Thanks for your help, Michael. "
"Do not do business with this company. Total bait and switch that I was naive enough to fall for and have been battling to get my refund ever since. When I got a return authorization number (which is exactly the same as your order number) so obviously the only point of this is to make it more difficult to return an item, I sent the cheap flash back. They received it on feb 22 and I got NO email stating they received it and would process my refund. So I email and get a condesending polite email back telling me to be patient and am STILL getting that same response. I was told on the 8th that my claim was processed and would post to my account in 3-4 days. March 17th and now I am being told it should post in another 2-3 days. I have never dealt with a company who falsely advertises that they have products in stock when they don't and then calls your phone to leave messages telling you you need to be more patient. Accessory Circuit YOU need to be more professional and honest. I will NEVER do business with these people again. "

When I provided information that the package had not arrived, he set out to remedy the situation and send another charger immediately. "I ordered a Canon-brand LP-E6 battery from AccessoryCircuit.com at a very good price. I received a prompt order confirmation.
The next day I was notified via email that there was an "issue" with the order, and I should call them. I did, and was informed that Canon was having "problems with the chip in the battery" and it was on backorder -- however, I could buy an aftermarket battery with slightly higher capacity plus charger for a few dollars more. (a) I had not heard of of any issues with Canon's LP-E6 battery, (b) it didn't seem to be on backorder elsewhere, and (c) I already had 2 aftermarket batteries/chargers (which I use as backup batteries), for which AccCircuit was asking 3x as much. Only Canon LP-E6's provide battery charge level information to the camera so for this order I wanted Canon OEM and said that I would prefer to wait for the backorder.
Subsequent phone conversations with Michael in Customer Service were polite and helpful, and he did not in any way try to steer me to alternative products.
Subsequently, AccessoryCircuit *did* ship the Canon OEM battery, exactly as ordered, about 6 weeks after I placed the order. I was not in a hurry, so for the good price, it was worth the wait for me.
Overall, I was happy with this order and would order from AccessoryCircuit again. I just know to be clear what I'm ordering, and to contact Customer Service if there is any question.
I'll just ding the rating by one star because of the initial conversation and 6-week backorder status; however, they *did* give accurate information on when it would be shipped and were very good at keeping me informed, including follow-up phone calls to me. I'd have no problem ordering from AccessoryCircuit again."
"I placed an order with Accessory Circuit on 3/4/2010, it was for a Canon 430EX II flash. I then received an email followed up with a phone call almost immediately the sales person stated that the item was not in stock and could be 4-6 weeks before it was available he then preceded to offer me a Sigma EF-530 DG Super for $60 dollars more then the Canon. He seemed very knowledgeable but was very anxious for me to commit to the Sigma I told him I would like to do some research first and he offered to stay on the line while I searched the internet this made me leery so I told him I would call back and he placed my order on hold. I then started to read some reviews about Accessory Circuit and thought I may be in a bait & switch situation.... I called back and spoke with Michael Stevens who was very helpful he understood my concerns and wanted to assure me that it was not a bait & switch but that the product was not in stock and they where having difficulty with keeping it in stock. I will add that the price was a great deal $229.00 with free shipping! I then told him to make me a believer of this company and low & behold it is 3/10 six days later and I have the flash... Thank you Michael I have not had an opportunity to test out the flash but I am optimistic that Accessory Circuit will support me if I have issues. "Accessory Circut has exceeded my expectations several times in the course of the past few weeks. I ordered a speedlight from them for my Nikon and it was out of stock, and they sent me another one that I was unhappy with.
But, when I said I wanted to return it for a refund, they bent over backwards to address my concerns, upgraded my upgrades and helped me out every step of the way.
I was expecting a sort of apathetic, "tough luck" attitude from them, but instead I got instant feedback via email and lots of generosity.

I couldn't believe when the "upgrade" they sent me was actually a cheap generic brand that sells for 1/4 the cost on Amazon. They refunded me the difference, but I have still lost all of my trust for their company.
I think it is fine to buy from them, but when they call you asking you to change your order for this "better product"(as they seem to do often)--just stick with what you've ordered or ask for your money back. Don't let them sell you their generic overstock."

"Ordered 19th January Nikon SB600, flash because they had the best price on the internet and it was in stock plus they had a 3 days sale. They called the next day and told me it would be 4 weeks to get the flash and tried to sell me a different flash.
Still no flash yet they still advertise the flash as being in stock and shipping 2 - 3 days.
Emailed and asked for a delivery date, vague reply same as the first, called on the phone, offered a different product.
Flash was delivered today March 16th at 1240"
