"I received the tracking # and confirmation # for my order in a prompt, timely fashion. Michael Stevens was very helpful and very friendly.

I ordered a Canon 430EX II Speedlite E-TTL II Shoe-Mount Flash (Guide No. 141 ft. @43 m at 105mm) and only paid about $230, which is a great deal.

My order should be here in a couple of days, and when it is I'll log back on here to complete the review with a description of the item quality, etc.

"While I did have a misconception before that this store had failed to recognize the availibility of the order I had put in, I do realize now that the product that I had ordered was back-ordered.

My only concern with this store is how often their inventory re-evaluates its current stock.

As a note to futher buyers, please realize that the system within AccessoryCircut re-evaluates its current stock every 12 hours.

The customer service of AccessoryCircut is very positive, as I got helped out as to why my product has been back-ordered.

"I was drawn to AccessoryCircuit via Google Shopping. Having the lowest price of anyone on the item I wanted is what perked my interest.

I noted a banner on the site that listed my item for $419 (which is still there 4 days later). When I first called I was told that it would be 4 weeks out. My second call I was told the $419 ad was stale but the item was immediately available. However list price was still lower than local resellers.

The sales rep was very helpful and quick to make recommendations to alternative products, at which I politely declined. He gladly added free shipping per my request then later upped it to 3 day at no charge per my request. Great rep!

On the down side I was told by the rep my item would ship Friday and it's now Monday and I still do not have a tracking number or shipping confirmation. However the customer service rep has assured me that it will ship today and arrive by my requested delivery time.

Overall, my experience is still extremely promising. As long as I receive my product by the promised deadline, I will remember AccessoryCircut.com and highly recommend it to my clients, friends, and co-workers.

UPDATE:
I received my item by Wednesday as promised! They went as far as to next day it to me at NO CHARGE to make up for the shipping delay.

I hope your reading this right now. Unfortunately for me, I did my research about your company after purchasing from you.

Typically, I would not go out of my way and post reviews about my experiences with merchants like how I am right now but I felt so taken for I had to let others know.

I am completly fine with your 10% restocking fee because I have the satisfaction of you not getting the entire sale and profits. A very cheap lesson learned for $2.30. Keep it!

By the way, your probably reading this before I can call to receive a RMA #(ordered last night, got the phone call saying it was it was in "backstock" today.

This merchant is a complete scam artist, STAY AWAY.

"I orderd three different lenses for a Sony Cybershot DSC-H20. I wanted a telephoto, wide angle, and polarizing lenses for an upcoming trip to the islands. The wide angle lens was not in stock so someone called me, not 10 minutes after I placed the order, and convinced me to get a slightly better lens. They also upgraded my telephoto lens at no additional cost. My lenses arrived in two days, but I had to wait several weeks for my Sony adapter to arrive. Once I received what I needed I went out shooting photos, using all of the different lenses and configurations. The wide angle lens, the one they convinced to purchase, is awesome! It has a built in macro feature that focuses fast and the pictures are stunning! However, the telephoto lens did not work with my camera for some reason. I could not get it to focus on anything up close. When I called to return it, they immediately said 'no problem'. This is a great company to purchase from, and they have knowlegeable people that answer the phones. I would recommend them if you have an electronic need!"

"Update February 1st: Got an email from Rebecca asking me to call her after I asked to cancel my order, told her to please just do as I had stated, she again asked me to call her and I stated once again that there was no need and to please just do as I have asked. Order was then cancelled and did not receive another email. I will say she emailed me back very quickly and was not rude about it, so I will simply rate on customer service rather than anything else but if you more guts than I do with your money, go ahead and give them a try but honestly..I wouldn't.


**Update: I just didn't feel comfortable taking a chance with my money. No offense to AC but I have emailed them asking them to cancel my order, not to charge my account and to remove all my information from their database. Waiting on an email back and hopefully getting a response soon. I would just feel much better getting it from a store and paying the extra money.


I already ordered from AC before reading any reviews, I'm a new photographer with a limited budget and my mother who also has a limited budget decided to help me out by finding the cheapest flash for my big up coming photography gig. I was thrilled when I found the flash I needed for an amazing price. I ordered it on the 28th of January and as you see it's January 31 and I never received a call or email about my item being back ordered.

A day after I ordered I started doing research and am quite worried as of right now, I need this item before the 8th of February and yet my order status still says new, this could be because I ordered my flash quite late the night of the 28th and it hasn't become the full 2 day shipping yet. I emailed the customer service on the 29th of January at 6am and expected at least and answer that day and they closed at 3pm, I wrote another email around noon that same day explaining I wanted an email back before they closed and of course I never received one. (I understand you are busy but all customers concerns are important and I am worried about my order so I would find that to be important) Anyways I get an email last night being Saturday the 30th at a little after 7pm from Rebecca saying to "Call tomorrow and we will check it out for you". Well isn't tomorrow Sunday and you are closed? Hmm. Another reason to worry?

Now I am on the website and reading about credit cards being charged, that they are supposed to be charged when you place the order unless the item is back ordered, well my order was placed on Thursday the 28th of January and my bank emails me every Friday with an updated balance and from what I see my account has NOT been charged so is my item back ordered and was I not informed? I will wait until Monday and if it is not shipped out I will cancel my order. I have no time or patience for things such as this and if my order gets here and is not what I wanted and or paid for, someone will get an earful, getting an order correct is not a hard thing to do and trying to surpass it by saying we have thousands of orders a day is not an acceptable excuse. So I will update again soon.

"I ordered a Canon 430ex flash from accessorycircut.com. After placing my order I found out it was on back order for 3-5 weeks. I called to cancel because I needed it for vacation sooner than that. After explaining my situation to Michael, he told me he would track one down and make sure it arrived to me in time for my vacation. I appreciate his concern and customer service."

"I am writing a review on how the customer service was handled on a broken Vivitar flash and it's replacement.

The customer service was very quick at its response to my email about the broken flash which was great. Michael Stevens was also a very pleasant person to do business with over the phone.

My only concern about the service is how long it took for my new flash which I have not yet received to be mailed to me. I had contact the accessory circuit customer service in September 2009 and am now finally getting this resolved.

When I had contacted them, they directed me to the manufacture and I didn't get anywhere with the Vivitar manufacture, so I recontacted Accessory Circuit. At this point, they gave me the direct number to the Vivitar Rep who told me that my flash was back ordered and I would receive the new flash in two weeks. The two weeks is this week. When I contacted the Vivitar Rep, Marc, this week to make sure my flash was on its way, he then redirected me back to Accessory Circuit.

Now, Accessory Circuit will be sending me my new flash once they have received my non working flash.

I just wish this situation was handled a little bit more in a timely manner and also not in such a confusing way.

I am still a little confused on why I needed to contact the manufacture when Accessory Circuit was the one who was going to be sending out the new flash. I also didn't understand why they didn't have me send them the broken flash at an earlier date, so that once the new flash was in stock they could send it out asap.

After 4 months of dealing with this, I am hoping that this new flash is in working condition.

"I had lost my Nikon charger and freaked out so I ordered a replacement from AccessoryCircut. Later that day I received a call saying that it was out of stock and would be 4-6 weeks before they got more in. They offered to sell me a better charger at a discounted price. I thought, sure! That sounds fine. And so they changed the order quickly and sent it out that same day. The following day I found my charger that I had lost. So I emailed asking if I could return the one I ordered once I got it and explained why. They were very helpful and offered me a full refund. I am very pleased with my experience with AccessoryCircut. Thanks again."
