"I ordered a Kodak K8500 recharger approximate 13 weeks ago. I got a call a day or 2 after I made my order telling me that they were out of stock. They that they would be getting it in and I told them that I would wait for the Kodak K8500. 8 weeks (9-18-09) later I e-mailed them to see why I had not received my order. They said (9-21-09)that "it will be arriving this week" (Rebbeca Court). 10-22-09 I called to see where my order was. I was told that it should be in by the beginning of "NOVEMBER 2009". They did offer to substitute another brand but I told them that I had a Kodak camera and I wanted a Kodak charger. 3 MONTHS LATER AND STILL WAITING. Am I stupid or what???
Michael Stevens called me (4:30pm) and said that he would send me substitute charger today. Thanks for all your help."
"I placed an order that had to be reported lost with UPS so I never received the item and Michael with AccessoryCircut (AC) offered me a refund which at first I declined and tried to wait for the item to return in stock, which AC stated the supplier had not kept their delivery commitment and instead of me waiting, they would refund my money, which they did as promised.

"I have read the reviews on this company and was alittle concerned since I had already placed my order. My concerns were dismissed after I spoke with Elliot, General Manager, and then did some checking of my own. I checked with vivitar and found that the charger and battery I received was sold by them, however they no longer use the company they contracted to produce them. So even though these have been replaced, the vivitar rep assured me that the items I received are quality items with no defects. Vivitar will still stand behind their products and not to worry. I relayed this back to the company, and as in my prior phone conversations, they were very professional and thankful. I would buy from them again. It is very common for small businesses to purchase close out items from companies and sell them at a lower price, after all some of the big warehouse companies do the same thing. I have had a good experience with this company and disagree with some of the other reviews. "

On both occasions, the product I wanted (a lithium rechargeable battery for my camcorder) was back-ordered, and they offered to provide me with a higher capacity battery at the same price as the backordered battery- saving me money by giving me something better for the lower price.
I received the order promptly this week on the first of the two orders and am happy with the service they have provided so far.

"I was under the impression that I was ordering a genuine Canon BP 819 Battery & Charger. I received a battery that works in my camera and the charger also charges that battery. I called Accessory Circuit and made them aware that I wasn't completely satisified with my purchase. I spoke with Elliott (The Manager) and he assured me that Customer Satisifaction is their priority and promised to issue me a partial credit on my Visa. So I am very satisified with this agreement.

"After recieving a battery charger that was defective for my camera, I called the company and spoke with Elliot. He assured me that he would take care of the matter and send me another charger to replace this one at no charge. I didn't even have to send the old one back.
He has been very helpful in correcting this problem and says he will send it out immediately with an apology for the inconvenience.

"I found this site and first saw all of the great prices that they had to offer. I originally wanted a Sony HLV-42am flash but all of the flashes from Sony were on back order for several weeks. The representative was kind enough to take his time and find a flash that worked for my camera. He offered me the Vivitar Series 1 (DF-383) at an amazing price. I took the offer and had the flash sent next day air which literally only took 12 hours from New York to my hometown all the way at the bottom of Louisiana. My flash began to malfunction that day, so I called Vivitar to consult the problem. It took them two days with no call back, and finally after being adamant with them, they finally brought me to a "technician from India" who didn't offer to trouble shoot the problem, just to send me the flash back and get a new one within 4 - 6 weeks. I called AccessoryCircuit.com back and they immediately took responsibility for the item... not to many people do this these days. It's obvious that they are not the makers of the flash, just the sellers, so they should not be responsible, yet they did it anyway. Elliot in customer service was able to mail me a new flash (no questions asked and without having to receive the defective flash first!) next day delivery. The experience with Accessorycircuit.com has been truly an outstanding experience; something I have never seen from ANY company I have ever dealt with. They kept me at ease and comfort. NO STRESS AT ALL. I would recommend Accessorycircuit.com to anybody. Great Prices, and AMAZING service. "I ordered online a Panasonic wide conversion lens (DMW-LW46) for $109.00 from this merchant. The order was confirmed online. 2 or 3 hours later I received a phone call from the merchant who told me that the item I ordered was not in stock, but that he had a much better lens he could sell me (Crystal Vision) for $179.99. Unfortunately I fell for his "bait & switch" ploy. This was on Sept. 2nd. I received the product on Sept. 12th & in the meantime I researched the "better" lens and found that in fact it was of poor quality & I had paid 3 times what it was actually selling for anywhere else. When I received the box I called & requested a RMA # but was told there was no refunds or exchanges, period. I told them that I had not even opened the box. No matter. I even went so far as to agree to send it back & wait for the Panasonic lens to come in and leave the charge as it was. They dismissed this too. The merchant I spoke with was rude, antagonistic and would not work anything out with me. I would think twice before I had any dealings with this merchant. They use very deceptive sales tactics & once they have your order they are through with you.
It only took a couple of hours after posting this review before I received a call from the merchant giving me a full refund. Thank you resellerratings.com."
"At first I thought this site was like another site that has great prices for OEM equipment and then try to tell you that the part is out of stock and try to get you to buy universal products, BUT I was wrong.

"I placed an order on their website for a Canon camcorder battery last night. I received a call today and their salesman told me the battery was on back order for 6 to 8 weeks. He asked me if I would like to purchase a replacement battery instead. I know this is a "bait and switch". I canceled my order right away. I went back to their website. They still have the Canon battery in stock. This is not an honest business place. Please stay away from this company.
