"We had a very fast turnaround time needed for a new booth and Ace delivered (literally). This isn't our first time using Ace Exhibits and each time gets better and better. The most noticeable change this go is that the construction of tradeshow booth walls has been improved, making it even easier to set up.

"The pop-up banners we purchased broke upon their first usage.
The straps on the cases they came with also broke when they were used for the first time.
We paid quite a bit extra to get our banners quickly, but because our suite number wasn't on the FedEx shipping label, I had to race to their shipping facility to pick them up. The folks in shipping did hand-write it on a label, but that wasn't sufficient for FedEx. (Not happy with FedEx either!)
I'm hoping to work with their customer support to resolve these issues."
