"This was the worst online buying experience I've ever had. I ordered the product on July 4 and STILL have not yet recieved any indication that the product shipped. Three emails to customer service have not been returned and when I called their support number all it told me was all the representatives were on the phone and to call back later, then it hung up. You couldn't even wait to get someone on the phone. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND INFURIATING."
"I placed an order with Ace Photo and Digital through Amazon.com and was extremely unsatisfied with the return process. My item came quickly, but I discovered that it was not what I needed (my mistake). When I attempted to return it, however, the store's policy was more than difficult to navigate through. I left feedback to this effect on Amazon and soon started receiving both phone calls and email messages of a threatening nature letting me know that if I did not remove my feedback, Ace would be unable to refund my money (in fact, they claimed their computer system was set up to not allow them to refund the $ until the negative feedback was removed). Needless to say, they can keep the $25 and I will be more than happy to share my experiences with other potential customers."
"I place an order for a Refurbished Fuji Finepix E550.The order was shipped out next day, The only bad thing was it was too fast for me to get the order canceled. My UPS man just dropped it of so there was no way I could Refuse the package. I emailed Customer Service the same day and No Reply back. I emailed them a few more times In the last few days and no reply's back to my Request's for a RMA and to return the order back to them for a refund minus the 20% restocking fee. I've been waiting 3 days for a Reply back to my emails but no luck yet. They say the answer emails promptly and Offer Same Day Customer Service Response to E-mails before 3:00pm but I wouldn't call 3 days promptly and never got same day response. I only get 14 days to return the order so If I don't get a reply back from the By next Monday (So they get it before Thursday the 22th) I'm sending it back RMA or No RMA since I don't want to get stuck with a product I don't want.I just want to return it a get my money back

"I purchased a case for my Zeiss classic 10x25 mini binoculars which I also bought from this supplier (about 3 weeks previous). I was very satisfied with the service and price. However, the product description on the web site was very poor. I was pretty sure that this was what I wanted (a leather case) but I couldn't be sure from the web description so I had to take a chance. The previous order was delivered on time and in good shape. Prices are good, but shipping costs are hidden. I do not like this. They need to be upfront."

"I ordered a Pioneer DVR-533-HS combination DVR/DVD-R. Overall, I am happy with the product, but I had two specific problems. First, I never received any tracking information or status for the package until I asked 11 days after the order, at which point I discovered it had been delivered to the leasing office where I live with no notice provided to me. Second, the product arrived with minor damage to a door on the front of the unit that appeared to be caused by improper packing. It was not serious enough to warrant going through a return, but it should not have happened."

"I ordered a Creative Zen Touch mp3 player from Ace on December 20, paying for some faster shipping. Come January 10, the mp3 player still hadn't arrived, so I called the company. Evidently, my order had not gotten through their computer system. After requesting it be sent ASAP, I then recieved an e-mail which basically said "we have this item in stock, call us if you still want it". I called and told them to ship it. A week later, after having not received a shipping notice, I called again, to find that the item was not yet in stock, and might be shipped out by the end of the week. That's today. I will not be using this company again."

I needed the product for a trip to Hawaii and the order was shipped on Tues the 27th when I was leaving on Thursday the 29th.
