I do wish that the availability of items was posted but otherwise the process was simple and straitforward. The company called to verify the ship address on one of the orders because it is in a new neighborhood and the address had not yet been added to a database of valid addresses. "Ordered Tokina 17mm ATX Pro and two Tiffen 77mm filters to fit. Received all items in mint condition and in a timely manner.

The store fell down in a few areas:

- The on-line order tracking page never recognized the order number I received in the confirmation e-mail. After three days, this led to some concern about the status of the order - did they get it, did they loose it, etc. Especially as the CC had been charged.

- The confirmation e-mail indicated that I would be receiving another e-mail indicating the shipping tracking number. That e-mail never did arrive until after I first e-mailed them to find out what had happened to my order.

- The packing invoice does not reflect the name of the on-line store and the address on the invoice is on the next block on the same street, relative to the contact address found on their web-site. One has to wonder if this would have caused me problems if I had needed to return some or all of the order. Thankfully, this is not a problem, the equipment was received in prime (unused) condition.

On the up-side, the store responded, literally, within hours to my e-mail asking for order status by sending me an HTML copy of the UPS shipment tracking results, including the UPS tracking number.

Bottom line - I got what I ordered and in a very timely manner (ordered on 3 Apr, received on 6 Apr). Their on-line/automated system needs a little more work."

"I placed an order for a photo backpack with this company. When I completed the transaction I realized that I had selected the wrong color and the wrong shipping method. I called them and explained the situation. They changed the order to reflect the color and shipping method I wanted. I had the item the next day. The price was the best I'd found for this item. I woul definitely order from them again."
