"I placed an order and over 2 weeks later, it hadn’t even been picked to ship. I contacted the company 3 times requesting a refund since nothing had shipped. They had the audacity to automatically restart a monthly membership without my say so, so I had to cancel that and wait for funds to be returned. Nobody would cancel my order and it took over a month to get. I will NEVER purchase from this company again and I hope others will proceed with caution. The products used to be pretty good, but now seem fairly cheap. "
