Wasn't pleased

"Wasn't pleased when paid for an item then it didn't ship when confirmed in my order and order took longer than was supposed to just to tell me it wasn't in there, then says I have a credit and not able to use so called credit that I have already paid! Not to happy at all"

"This is the second time I ordered this item and did not receive it. There is nothing in place to assist or accommodate customers for loss. Extremely disappointed. I have been a customer for a few years this is the only time I have had this issue."

Packages take 1-3 business days to deliver with the priority shipping method not counting the 1-2 business days processing time in the warehouse. Not sure if I’d order again

"Their return policy includes a restocking fee for items so I did an exchange. The item I got in exchange was OK quality, but then they never received the item I returned and charged me for both. So then they gave me a refund which was good but overall I’m not sure if I’d order from here again. Maybe I’d shop in the store. "

If I could give them 0 starts I would

"I signed up for the elite monthly boxes and I was very excited about it! For the first (and only two) monthly boxes nothing ever really fit me right even though I changed sizes each time. Definitely runs small. But not just that, every time I tried to return the box I was charged WRONGLY for items. I returned every item, and followed all the steps precisely. And still I was charged for some missing items the first box and EVERYTHING the 2nd box. I had to cancel my subscription because of this. I can not afford nearly $200 in product! They have been a pain to work with and will not help me with my issue. Do not shop here unless you want trash service, and to be totally ripped off and manipulated for money. They do not care about their customers, they care about their money. Don't take your chances of becoming another abused customer. Not worth the risk. Shop somewhere else. "
