If it doesn't fit I send it back, get the credit back and shop some more. I'm currently pregnant and my body has changed a lot. "I was an Adore Me customer for over a year. In the beginning everything went smoothly. They offer a standing promotion of buy 5 items, receive the 6th free. I reached the 5 item requirement more than once. This last time around, I had to buy 2 additional pieces before receiving the "6th" item free due to their lack of compliance with their own rules. One of my orders contained 5 items. Four of the 5 were promotional items, which understandably do not count towards the free item. However, the 5th item in the order was at regular price, and according to their own rules should have qualified. Also, one of my orders never registered with their system, which is why I ended up buying 7 qualifying items before I finally received the free one. I emailed and called many times, and received the same robotic responses from everyone I communicated with. It is really sad that a company would rather lose a customer than look closer at their own rules and see where they have made a mistake, and make it right with the customer. I would've continued to order from them had they just made this one issue right. I would've also continued to sing their praises to anyone looking to shop with them. Instead, I am now posting my frustration on every possible platform. Service is everything, and when customers spending hard earned money are treated as disposable, those companies should be treated the same way. "

"The bras, ****, etc. Are really cute! It's hard to find stuff this cute in plus sizes anywhere else. The bras were also comfortable around the band.
However, I used their measurements and found I was a 42 C. I ordered 3 sets. Tried the bras on when they (finally) got here and discovered I definitely wasn't a C. No biggie, thought I would exchange them for 42B. Only problem is they have next to NOTHING in 42B. I am 7 months post partum with my first baby and I wanted something that fit again since everything I own in maternity is too big and my pre pregnancy stuff is too small. So, it kind of sucked that they didn't have the cute styles in 42 B. Just "mom bras" if you will. No stylish lace and fun colors. Whatever, so thought I would just exchange for some pajamas. Can't Review the PJs yet since I STILL have not got them. The clothes are great if they have your size. Shipping and delivery take FOREVER. Also thought it was dumb that I couldn't use all my exchange vouchers on one transaction. I had to place 3 separate orders. "

It's not in our intention to suggest that you willingly and knowingly sent back a dirty item, nor that you have worn it. Even from trying on a set mishaps can happen due to the smallest of things like the smell of perfume or deodorant that leaves visible marks on the item.
In addition, since we are dealing with intimates, we are placing very high importance on the sanitary aspect of our products, so only items that are received back as close as possible to their initial pristine condition can pass our thorough inspection.
Nevertheless, we want to turn this Elite experience into a great one so as a one-time courtesy, we have now refunded the $20.00 penalty fee that was charged for it, back to your card. Please allow 1-3 business days for it to reflect back into your charged account.
