Not enough products for size range available

"A majority of their lingerie was always tagged as New when it has actually been in their system for months. For those blessed in the chest, finding a bra was incredibly difficult each month when ‘new’ products come out, so I had to keep skipping the month close to a year until a new one sort of near my size came out. They’ll have bras in my size 30 band… but maybe 4 compared to 20-30+ offered for other sizes. Finally got the last bra to close out my free set and cancelled the subscription. I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re outside of A-D cup."

Based on your account, you joined our VIP membership when you placed your 1st order with us. It is one of two payment options offered at the checkout and the other is the Pay As You Go. When selecting this, every 1st to 5th of the month, you'll be asked to make a purchase or skip which can be found in your account's Showroom and Dashboard. If you don't choose to skip or make a purchase, you'll see a $39.95 refundable store credit that can be used towards your future purchases.

We also describe this at the checkout, with email correspondence after your purchase and at the beginning of each month to make sure you have all the necessary information to fully understand this.

Even so, I'm confirming that you already unsubscribed from it effective May 7th and you're no longer a part of our monthly subscription.

Frustrating

"I find Adore Me frustrating in several ways:

They have several different purchasing methods, and you have to really look into them before making a purchase or you could make a stupid decision. Frankly, I was just trying to get some new bras and did not spend time researching Adore Me in their FAQs before doing so. I was excited by all their styles and large bust sizes. Unfortunately, I discovered that most of the bras really don’t work for me and, apparently, if I want to return them, they each have a $5 restocking fee. So what I thought was free returns is not really free returns. If you make an exchange, there is not restocking fee. I had bought a BUNCH of bras because I wanted to try different styles. So now, if I don’t find suitable exchanges, I could be out like $40 because I want to return the bras which I thought would have fee returns. I know it’s my fault for not reading the fine print in advance, but it’s also BS that I would have to do so.

Additionally, you cannot buy the bras without matching ****. I find this truly bizarre.

And my office blocks the website because of intimate apparel (which… ok…) and in order to print the return label, I needed to access the website. I asked the customer service reps to attach the PDF to the email instead of sending me a link, and they wouldn’t do it. Eventually I remembered to download the PDF somewhere else and then I could print the download at work. But I don’t see why they wouldn’t help me with the simple request.

"I called in for help I have had several issues and I was passed around to three people and none of them could help me I had to wait for an email for my issue to be looked into. They “can’t call me back” nothing is resolved. I was a huge fan. This really turned me off. I’ll be canceling my account. "

Surprise!

"I recently bought a very cute nightie. The price was good and the quality looked good also. What I didn't know when I placed my order was that by buying the cute nightie, I was subscribing to some kind of regular shopping. I'm not interested in buying new lingerie on a regular basis. I have plenty such items and don't really need more. I buy when I feel like I want something new. Thankfully, I got an email from you when it was time to order again. That's when I learned about the subscription. I was able to cancel the subscription. It's a shame, as I like the products, but I won't be ordering any more since I'll be automatically signed up for regular shipments.

Update: I just want to say, after reading your response, thank you for the information. I realize now that I should have been more careful. I did decide to "join the club", I just didn't realize it meant a subscription. I thought it would just put me on your mailing list. That's my bad! I'm glad to understand now. I'm also updating my rating, as this is the kind of customer service I appreciate! Also, I love the nightie. The quality is great!
