I received an email stating that all items were not returned. And was charged over $170.00 for items that I did not chose to purchase nor receive. "

Based on its return tracking, the Elite box was returned to us but it never made it back in time. Since we didn't receive it back within the 30 days return timeframe, the sets were tagged as missing.
Even so, since it's clear that you sent it back to us, we have now refunded the $174.80 that was charged for it, back to your card. Please allow 1-3 business days for the full refunded amount to reflect back into your charged account.
To avoid experiencing this again - please make sure to send back any unwanted sets within the return period in their new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Returns received after the 30 days return timeframe, dirty, damaged, or incomplete will not be accepted.

"First, when I subscribe I used a different card than the one I want to purchase the items out my box but I couldn't change the card. Secondly, I sent back an outfit to size down and still haven't received the replacement so shipping is at a snail pace. It even took my box over a week to get here. Some of the clothes overpriced in my oppion. I joined the VIB but feel like if I didn't I could have gotten the items cheaper. Overall my first experience is a 3 stars but to the snail shipping they use is garbage. The clothing are nice so that is why I didn't give them one star. Everything was soft and feels good on your skin. The return is super easy with the box they send you. If they fix the shipping and the pricing I may stay after I get my 2nd box. We will see."

Just to be open with you - since we are dealing with intimates, we are placing very high importance on the sanitary aspect of our products, so only items that are received back as close as possible to their initial pristine condition can pass our thorough inspection.
Even so, we want to turn this Elite experience into a great one so as a one-time courtesy, we have now refunded the $60.00 that was charged for these sets back to your card and you should see it back in your charged account within 1-3 business days.

Please be informed that when creating a return, we mention that all sets returned for a refund are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set. This means your refund will be the total amount paid for that set minus $5.95.
The purpose of this fee is to cover the restocking costs of your set(s) after going through, and passing, the sanitary inspection that's carried out for all sets that're received back in our warehouse.
If you wish to avoid the restocking fees, you're welcome to exchange sets instead of returning them for a refund. US exchanges are free of charge (and we even cover the shipping back to us).
