"Lingerie is nice, but the quality is just okay. I’ve had a few items tear or break quickly. When I returned something that didn’t fit, that process was a pain. I’m still waiting for the refund almost 2 weeks after the item had been received back to their warehouse. Once it clears I will cancel my account. Not worth it. "

"I have used AdoreMe for over two years now. They have a great system and many of their undergarments have fit my body perfectly. However, the last couple of times I have ordered many of their products have been out of stock but still allowed me to purchase them. So by the time the order goes through the product is no longer available. This has forced me to change what I am purchasing which is unfortunate but AdoreMe has been very good about giving me a coupon.
I wish they would be more transparent about what is available to purchase and what is not. "

"I buy almost everything online these days. Adoreme is hands down the worst retailer I’ve dealt with. Things from China have shipped faster than an adoreme box. I’ve given them three chances with three different boxes. They **** you in with the first one as they don’t send it through Pitney Bowes or Mail Innovation which my last two boxes have come through. These last two boxes took over three weeks to get to me. I still haven’t even received the third box. When you contact customer service they give you the totally inappropriate excuse that there are “shipping delays” and to be patient. Be patient???? The pony express was faster than adoreme. Save your money and buy your lingerie somewhere else.
Oh and I forgot my favorite part!!!! You fill out a style profile and I specifically stated I didn’t want ANY clothing. What did I receive in my second box?? Mostly clothing.
When I contacted them they gave me a ridiculous $5 discount and the excuse things aren’t available in my size. I’m a very common size, 36C/med, and if I was to order items directly from the website there were PLENTY of bras, **** and lingerie available which was what I had exactly requested. They don’t even offer anything in return for shipping delays or completely ignoring your style preferences. I had to ask for a monetary discount and was only given $5 off my next order. LOL. I bet if I purchase anything out of this third box I’m STILL waiting for, that $5 won’t be applied and it’ll be another 20 emails.
Save your time, don’t order from them!"

Please also take note that only the Finalize Order form needs to be completed during the 7 day try-on. For the actual physical return, we allow up to 30 days - starting after the 7 day try-on ends - for the set(s) to be returned and to be received back at our warehouse.
