"The quality, selection, and price at Adore Me are amazing. They are often out of my size though. Returns are expensive ($5.95 restocking fee PER item. Exchanges are cumbersome (you get a code for each item you want to exchange and you can’t combine items; so if you want to exchange 4 items, you have to go through the check out process 4 separate times instead of just getting a credit for the total amount of the exchange). Some of my exchange codes are not working and I have tried to contact customer service 3 times and no one has responded. Next stop, Better Business Bureau. Too bad the customer service is so bad bc the merchandise is solid. "
