Sold Out No Notice

"I purchased using a promo code. Was very excited and I kept getting notice that there were shipping delays. Coincidentally I was informed the day after the promo ended that what I ordered was partially out of stock. If I had had more notice I would have purchased something else. "

Low price means horrible service

"Used adore me years ago took a break and tried again hoping for improvement

Tried their elite box, got a serious variety of products, their guidelines for trying on are a little harsh for trying on at home. I got a penalty because they said I damaged an item which I know is not true, customer service sends generic scripts back and forth. If you use the swap feature on the elite box to change the size you don’t get to use any of your credit of discount which is ridiculous. Will not be returning, they are greedy and do not care about their customers

Customer service?

"I elected to have this shipped to my PO Box with expedited shipping. I was not aware that this is not an available option for PO Box delivery and was charged for expedited shipping anyways. After not receiving my package once notice of delivery had been received, I inquired about my missing items. As it turns out the confirmation shows they were sent to a different town than my address entered. Not only could they not locate where the package was actually delivered but also could not re issue my order. Their only suggestion was to place the order again myself once the refund was issued. The refund has not been issued and my purchase was 3/8/22. Not poor customer service, no customer service. "

"Adore Me’s app is outstanding in every aspect. It is easy to navigate, has beautiful photos of both the product on a model as well as off the rack, gorgeous designs and materials, and a community within that is more than just a brand. It’s an entire culture.

Once I subscribed, I’m charged $39.99 and I’m able to shop for new sets. Whether it’s bras and ****, lounge & sleep, corsets & bustiers, or teddies & bodysuits, I find something I love! Every time I have ordered, it has shipped quickly. The app allows me
to view and track my order. If there is a delay of any kind, I am notified via email and reassured my items will be coming.

Customer service is beyond words. They have a staff that truly cares. Exchanges are easy and only an email click away.

Highly recommend and look forward to remaining a loyal customer.

We are very sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order. This error has been reported to our warehouse team so they can look into it and we will do our best that such scenario will not happen again in the future.

To quickly have this fixed - you just need to start an Exchange online so you can reorder a new set at your earliest convenience. Kindly log into your Adore Me account, using a laptop/desktop, and follow these steps:

1. Go to the My Orders section.
2. Select the order that you’d like to Exchange/Return by clicking the Arrow sign found on the right side of the screen, pointing right.
3. Click on the Create Return/Exchange button that's located at the bottom of the next page.
4. Select Exchange then click Continue
5. On the next page, click on the Print Label button and follow the easy steps to Return or Exchange your order.
6. At this time, you can return your set within 30 days since the order's delivery date, and refrain from returning packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays.

Please also make sure to send back the entire set in its new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Returns received dirty, damaged, or incomplete will not be accepted.

Bad experience

"My first order i liked until I washed it. The shirt lost its shape. So many wrinkles that wldnt even iron out! My first Elite box was a joke! I did the questions for my profile. But I got colors and styles that I ask to never recieve! AND then after I sent back all but one outfit. I was charged over $30. I didn't even try everything on. But you claimed there was a hair on something. And a smell on something. And some items wear missing. Really!!! I cancelled my membership. And still got the second Elite box. I didn't open anything!! And sent it all back!! I think Adore Me is a rip off!! "

After checking it, we can see that the sets you sent back from your January 2022 Elite Box didn't pass the warehouse inspection and were tagged as dirty.

Just to be open with you - since we are dealing with intimates, we are placing very high importance on the sanitary aspect of our products, so only items that are received back as close as possible to their initial pristine condition can pass our thorough inspection.

Even so, we want to turn this Elite experience into a great one so as a one-time courtesy, we have now refunded the $35.00 that was charged for these sets back to your card and you should see it back in your charged account within 1-3 business days.
