Go Elsewhere

"My fourth Elite box is still not curated and I just received an email that they can't curate it due to low stock of inventory. They're trying to blame me. I have over 100 styles favorited for them to choose from to create a box. So that's a load of you know what.

I ordered a bra set. They canceled it, saying it was out of stock. Gave me a voucher, not a refund!
I go to look at the product supposedly out of stock and it's showing available in my size, so I order it, free shipping. It's been processing for over 6 days.

However, i made a separate order with expedited shipping and the processing was compete within a couple hours.

They do not care. Two emails to customer service and in response, I received two canned replies. They were two different customer service reps who wrote the exact same response, regardless of what I was saying.

They said they'd escalate my box being curated. I asked them both to escalate it. Neither did and now they're saying it's my fault i didn't choose enough styles so they can't curate my box.

Awful customer service. Terrible practices. I'm beyond disappointed.

Hard to find sizes here!

Over Promised, Under Delivered. Absolutely HORRIBLE!

"I was so beyond excited to join the Adore Me Elite Subscription Box and decided to give it a shot for my upcoming wedding / honeymoon. I subscribed just about 5 weeks before my wedding and was given a 1 week estimated time of delivery (ETA was March 23rd). I waited anxiously and saw nothing change on my account, no box was curated, no shipping label or tracking number, no nothing. In the next 4 weeks leading up to my wedding, I contacted Adore Me's customer support 4-5 different times. Every time, I was reassured that my box was in the process of being curated and would be shipped within 1-2 business days. Clearly this was a lie used as a means to keep customers calm. After a month, I got a notification that my account was about to be charged for the next month of this subscription, yet I still had not received my first month's box. I was frustrated beyond belief and thought I should just cancel and give up. When I called to do so, I was informed that since my box was being curated, I could not cancel and I could not get a refund even thought they were now over a month late on my box. Ridiculous. FINALLY, more than 5 weeks later,...I got an email that essentially said that didn't have anything in my size at all and my box was being cancelled. I am a size Large, so I am not some funky size or anything. It took them 5 weeks on a monthly subscription box just to tell me they weren't going to fulfill my order. This is such a scam and one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with online shopping / subscription box services. Absolutely horrendous in every way!"

Best sports bra eva!!!

"I love my new sports bra. I loved my first one so much I had to purchase another one in a different color. This sports bra is like no other. It has cups like a regular bra but fits like a sports bra which makes this bra super supportive and comfortable. True to size. I'm a 40DD and it fit perfect. Shipping was super fast. No Slide Straps!
