"I am responding because this is utterly unacceptable. The items were never worn or dirty. They were looked at abs were too small and returned. This is ridiculous. So you took the items back. I had to it to ship them back, take the credit back and leave me without the items or the credits. This is robbery. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This is offensive and unacceptable. I called and spoke with someone there upon receiving the items that were too small and the women assured me this was the process. When I asked about someone telling me they were opened I was assured this was ok. So you have taken my money, sent me items that didn’t fit and were returned to you and now you kept the items and I have nothing to show for it.
This is a poor customer service and business practice. Is this how you treat all of your customers? "

Even from trying on a set mishaps can happen due to the smallest of things, like the smell of perfume or deodorant that leaves visible marks on the item. In such cases, our warehouse immediately rejects the return and dispose of the products.
Upon further investigations, we could see that you have been contacted by our customer care representative, and you were provided with new voucher codes to exchange your sets. To apply a voucher code, just copy-paste it into the Promo/Gift Card box at the checkout and press the apply button. This will cover the full value of any product and can’t be combined with other promos or discounts.

"The bra was a impulse buy. I took the bra quiz it said I was a 44 h. So I found bras in my size. Which wasn't that many. My one issue with plus size bras. Please stop putting underwire in them. They don't hold us."
