"I would give this company a 0 star if possible. Ordered a part that cost well over $250.00. Part came in, come to find out this was the wrong part. Tried to return it (actually exchange for correct part) and they said "due to our policy that you agreed to we will not allow returns". Now come on, I understand a policy like that on certain products, but really. You telling me that people always get the right part??? This is a crappy way to do business, and I will tell all my RVing friends to NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.. Ridiculous, how can a company like this even stay in business.. "I wsa looing for an inner arm to my A&E awning. found it at adventurerv.net at a decent price. checked all the measurements and the picture to confirm it was the right part. i order and recieved it quick. you would think everything was great. well i decided to check the part the night before i planned to install it. well it was the outter main arm. i contacted the customer care by email as it was already after hours of opperation. tell them the situation that the desription and pic did not advertise the product correctly and i recieved the wrong part, they ask fir the part number and tell me its the correct part. after i told them several times it is not the part i need that i need the part with the c channel , i get no more responce from them. tired to call the phone number and its busy for hours.
i would not recomend this so called company to anyone. luck it was only a 60$ part and althou i dont need it, im sure i might down the road. just money i didnt want to spend at the time only to order another part. "

"I have the unfortunate sea of purchasing a bathtub to this company. Had I known what I know now, never would have done so. But here's the story. Again, purchase a tub for $145.99. Paid an $80 shipping cost on top of this. Received the product to find it insufficient. Called, chatted, and emailed the company about receiving a return label to return the product. It was at this point I get start getting railroaded. They refused to offer a return label. They want me to pay the shipping cost to return the product. The shipping cost is now $108. In the end, they want me to pay more for the product and shipping than the actual product was worth. When I continue to try to argue this with them, they finally have someone call me to curse me and call me all kinds of obscenities. Very unprofessional. So here I am, still stuck with the tub that isn't even worth the money. I am presently contacting the Better Business Bureau to try to handle this further. But I suggest anybody else, be smart, read the reviews! There's a reason why this company has a ****-poor consumer rating."
"I ordered 3 items with 5 day shipping 3 days later they told me that one of the parts was on backorder. I said okay I will wait the three weeks it will take you to get the part that you said was in stock on your site. After a couple days I emailed and asked when they where going to ship other parts I ordered. I was told they would not ship till the last part came in. When I told them that was crap. When I told them to cancel the part and ship the rest they told me they let me know that is what they where going to do which they did not. Got a nasty email about it. When they cancelled part I got a shipping notification for parts. Last time I order from them. And buy the way I got the part at a local rev shop for $19 dollars less with no shipping. "I ordered a dometic fridge in the evening and needed to cancel the order the next morning. On the online chat, customer service they said that canceling wasn't possible but suggested I try emailing customer service. The email worked: they responded promptly and were able to cancel the order as the fridge had not yet shipped out. The next day I had a refund on my credit card less a 5% service charge which seemed reasonable. "
