"I ordered the MIRANDA KERR- MARION DINING TABLE - 956A653 back in September. I receive my order not that long ago and the top coat is wearing off just along the edges. I am not sure why this is happening as we take very good care of this table and use nothing but water with a little soap to wipe it off and dry it immediately. Hoping you can help us out in this situation due to it being new. You can tell the edged were not sealed good as the edges are turning a black/gray color. The paint seems to be very fragile as well. I emailed claims and they said they have a 48hr return policy. This piece was either made wrong or Miranda Kerr needs to take a closer look at her furniture. This is not okay for a piece this expensive. I wish AFA would take care of this problem but again I have already emailed them and they will not do a thing. Beware of buying from them!"

"4 weeks ago we received a bed with a defect. We contacted costumer service. We contacted their claim team. We received different emails from different people telling us there is nothing wrong with the bed. We sent multiple pictures, the crew that assembled the bed (subcontracted via AFA stores) told me that the frame had a defect. They shipped parts. However, is NOT an issues with parts the frame has a defect and the leg is crooked. It has been 4 weeks of me begging them to accept the return. Every other day I get a rude email from a different person but no return process has started. I am so sad I bought a bed from Avery DISHONEST businesses. Be AWARE! "
"Received a damaged file cabinet that matches my desk a month ago = unfortunately AFA is one of the only resellers that had this matching piece or I would never have bought with them. I emailed customer serviced and waited days for any response. They only want to deal in email but take 3-4 business days to response - and I respond back within minutes and then go to the end of the queue. After nearly 2 weeks of what time, they sent a request to a servicer (servicer was amazing and called right away to schedule). I gave AFA my service date and requested they follow up with me that date after my service — never happened. I had to email them again when service found more damage and couldn’t repair. I specifically asked for a phone call… then waited again. Days later, finally a response via email but no phone call. I will not approve their course of action without a phone call to discuss additional compensation, but now I’m waiting again. They have done nothing to try to resolve this in a reasonable way. My next step will be fighting the credit card charge as a result of damaged goods. I’ll never do business with them again. "
