"I purchased the Brentwood double dresser by Miranda Kerr. A little over one year one of the dresser acrylic handles cracked. I contacted AFA via email and a representative by the name Lisa located my order and said a replacement drawer handle would be mailed out to me in a couple weeks. After two weeks no handle. I contacted Lisa again and she reassured me that I would receive the replacement. However no replacement arrived. Another month went by and once again I asked about the drawer handle, Lisa then said the manager Sergio would call me to make sure I received it. Well 3 months went by he never contacted me and I still have not received the handle replacement. This would explain about not receiving the tracking number.

The dresser was a little less then the other furniture stores, however with awful service and no follow up I regret doing business with AFA.

Maybe a reputable store like Luxdecor can help and order the dresser handle even though I did not purchase it there!"

"I'm a first time buyer of AFA. I wanted to take a moment to bring to your attention the efforts of this company in making their customers completely satisfied.
In mid-May, we were notified that our Tommy Bahama Kahala Royal Suite Dresser had arrived. As promised, they kept me informed while the shipment was being transported by AM Trucking. On June 1 it arrived in Charlotte. It stayed there until I called them and they told me that the Dresser had mistakenly gotten on the truck to Florida. He was to contact the site manager and then he said that he would be on his way to FL at the latest.
Out of frustration with the ineptitude of the carriers, I called AFA STORES customer service. They kept me updated at all times, communicating and following up with the carrier in an effort to resolve my issue. The AFA staff was efficient, polite, and very committed to helping me get my order as quickly as possible. I know businesses are often helpful before a sale, but few go out of their way to help AFTER a sale. This company worked to help me in every way. I appreciate it very much, thank you for all the efforts."

"This was so far the worst experience I had with any company I had ever shopped on line. It's absolutely a scam. Do Not use. All Good reviews are fake. They lie and you will never get your money back. And if you will get money, They will ask you to pay for shipping. I ordered 2 furniture pieces which came all scrathed up and looked old. At first, I wanted to replacement but they strated to offer me all different discounts. I didn't want any of discounts since it looked like used product. It took them to answer about 3-5 days so they were dragging time till I told them that I want My money back because I can't trust them. Now they want me to pay for shipping of defective produst which they sent. This is a bad business. When I called, the same person answeres to all extentions and it lead nowwhere. Save your money. "I ordered an item. A week later I was notified that it was on back order for 7 weeks and if I didn't want the item anymore to respond to their email. I did so within 30 minutes cancelling the order and received an automated response that someone would get back to me. 2 days later when no credit on my card and no response from the company I again responded to the email to cancel my order. This time they said they couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped. They told me I could return it no problem and not to refuse the order. After it was delivered I tried to return it. They refused to issue a return authorization, they refused to arrange for pick-up of the item. I disputed with my credit card company. Now they are fighting the dispute saying I never returned the item and I still haven't gotten a return authorization or been told how to return the item."
