"Ordered a Princeton Round Game Table on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, with a confirmed delivery date and time from Metro Delivery for Monday, October 10, with a huge window time for delivery. I delayed an out-of-town trip for the delivery but receive a call the Friday before the agreed-upon delivery as if it were the first conversation stating the delivery date was Tuesday, October 11. I contacted AFA Stores and spoke with Josh Norman about canceling the order received pushback because the order left the warehouse (i.e., return shipping and restocking) and after some back and forth I agreed to continue with the process. Contacted Metro Delivery on Wednesday, October 19, to set up delivery but was advised the delivery address was North Carolina and not Tennessee. Contacted AFA Stores via email to inform Josh Norman and received a response advising to now have the order delivered they would need to charge me $317 because it was refunded. I do not want anything from AFA Stores even though the card table ordered will have been paid in full they can enjoy it and perhaps develop a better service orientation to focus on fixing their problems and not the blame. "

"This is the second bed that we ordered, although this time it was delayed we appreciate the good communication about it, they kept us informed all the time and they were very committed to getting our bed as soon as possible and once it arrived we realized it was worth the wait, it's beautiful and it fit perfectly in our bedroom, plus the quality is amazing, it matches perfectly with the other furniture we have in the room."

"This company offers brand name furniture. The pricing is high but for good quality furniture I am willing to pay. Placed an order in late June 2022 for a **** lateral file for my office, cost was $1,700 with "white glove delivery service". Furniture finally showed up in middle of Sept 2022 and the top front corner was crushed. Delivery service did not want to take the piece back and claimed the company would send a replacement, my mistake for believing a delivery driver. Contacted customer service and they said they would send a technician to repair in my home. Technician is not available until early November. The furniture cannot be repaired without replacing the entire top of the piece, unlikely the technician will have a replacement piece. Company said if I wait for the technician they will pay me $100 and if the piece can't be repaired they would replace. At this point it will be 2023 before I have the piece of furniture I need for my home office. Never heard of a company offering cash to wait for a repair person, does not seem like a good business practice."

They sent me a table infested with wood beetles. I have asked that they remove the boxes and refund me. I don’t want a replacement from them, I don’t trust them/their suppliers/warehouse/whatever. The table arrived DESTROYED. The dust has made me sick. And they’ve been completely unresponsive except to the BBB complaint to which their response was to email them photos…which I already had…and were also attached to the complaint. Disgusting, all around. "
