"I have bought this Bissell 2102B Sweep Up Floor Sweeper before and found it at a better price here! This little Bissell is a workhorse in the home, with no mechanical parts to break down, quiet because it has no motor, and will function beautifully for decades!
The order process and immediate receipt of information into my email was so simple and I will definitely shop here again. Many places will stiff you on the shipping and handling but with Air-n-Water I felt their charges were fair.

I purchase a Best Air AF-321 swamp cooler...a air-n-water.com "editors choice" and it does not work. Air-n-water.com knew this and still continues to promote and recommends this item. READ ALL OF THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMERS REGARDING THIS ITEM. They also have very bad customer service and attitude regarding a refund and exchange...it is not worth returning because of the BS 15% restocking fee. WARNING BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM AIR-N-WATER.COM

"My portable A/C unit broke after 3 days of arrival. Original packaging went in the recycling and the unit weighs 78lbs.. They offered me a replacement and they would send it ahead before me returning the broken unit. This takes care of the packaging problem. Also they provided a prepaid label to drop it off at a FedEx location. The process is still ongoing, so currently I am calming down a bit about the unit's early failure."

"Not such a great experience; The box that the Soleus electric heater arrived in had been opened & re-taped. It was missing feet. Air n water could not solve the problem as I was then routed to another company that did immediately ship the missing items but it took yet another week to arrive. Total 2 1/2 weeks waiting for supplement winter heat. The heater did not live up to expectations once usable. I posted a rating on their site for the item and it was never posted. Apparently air -n- water only post positive reviews which really defeats the purpose. The first order I placed with them 5 months ago for a top of the line vacuum, they do not even carry anymore. I will not be purchasing anything from them anymore."

"Ordered an SS210 portable icemaker on 04/01/09. Worked fine until 11/01/09. Per company instructions, returned defective unit for warranty replacement on 11/13/09. I had to pay shipping costs for both the returned as well as the replacement units. Replacement was dead on arrival (not making any ice) on 11/25/09. Notified company via webite of defective unit and requested new RMA on 12/01/09 - no response. Requested RMA again on 12/08/09 - no response, Requested RMA again today with no response so far.
All things considered, this company's customer service is REALLY BAD. Considering that this is a $200+ icemaker I would really recommend against ordering from them. They do not apparently stand behind their products.

"I recommend this site: I spent $800 on a Blue Air Air purifier and expected it to be a problem free order. I chose this unit based on positive customer reviews and their in-house testing. The dust particles have been reduced significantly in our room and my allergies are not as bad anymore. Unfortunately FedEx damaged the original unit I ordered so it took longer than I expected to receive the unit. Although, Air & Water, Inc. quickly remedied the situation and gave me a free desk fan. I received my replacement unit about 2 weeks after I initially placed my order. So far so good, hopefully, everything in the order was correct and received in good shape. I would definitely use this web site again. The Free shipping was also a big plus in my book. They also had the best price on the web for the unit I purchased. Easiest online shopping I've done this year! I'll be back!

"I wish I had read reviews here about this company first. Sent an email to sales to cancel this order. There was no reply. However, next day I received FedEx Shipping Notification. Went online and submitted their "Contact Us" Form and again requested the order be canceled before it was shipped. No reply. Obviously the order's being sent anyway. I must say that is appears that a post submitted by "troymartinez" on Jan. 20th 2009 seems to be right on. "The customer service after you purchase your item is completely non-existent. Once they have the sale, they do not care about the customer." Looks like I have an extra thermostat to sell on Ebay.

UPDATE:11/13/09
Although somewhat late, it appears someone read the cancellation email I sent since the package was stopped part way through shipping and returned to company. As of the 11/23 haven't heard anything from them and nor have I seen any refund full or partial. I'll have to get back later with an update of how much of a refund I'll get.

UPDATE: Refund showed up 11/27. Minus a charge or two. Didn't even need to call them. That's a plus!

"this unit was a replacement unit as my first Portable A/C failed. This unit was defective on arrival, and could not be replaced under warranty, as they no longer stock the unit. Air-n-water offered to refund my purchase, but I have to pay the return shipping. I am not sure yet if they will charge me the 15% restocking charge.

I am NOT a happy customer and will not purchase such a unit so far from my home.

"Awful, awful, awful.

Ordered item listed as in-stock, with "Guaranteed shipment within 24 hours". To this day (almost three weeks) I have not received the item, and there is no estimate of delivery time either!!

ALSO, I erroneously ordered a 240V thermostat to go with the 120V heater, which AFTER cancelling, arrived today!! Not sure what is going on there, but I cannot recommend this company for anything at all. Even after a few conversations with their support folks, my satisfaction level is low, low, VERY low.

"We bought 2 of your CS1205 Fireplace heaters and we really like them so much we are thinking of getting another 1 or maybe 2 more. They really put out the heat plus we love watching the flames even if we don't use the heat. Very easy to move around and so safe for our small Great Grand Children and our pets.I recommend this to everyone. Thanks for being here for us. George & Marie"

"I bought a NewAir dehumidifier a while ago, and to this very day it still works. The AD-250 is great because it has removed a lot of mold that had been growing in my house and on my floors. Also, I have noticed a great difference when it comes to my allergies. The dehumidifier has made my life SO much easier. The people at Air & Water were extremely helpful when I was first picking the unit. Not only do they have a dehumidifier buying guide that is very helpful, but they also have staff who know a lot about the products and can personally recommend great products that fit your needs. Ever since I bought my NewAir dehumidifier I do not shop anywhere else for appliances other than Air & Water because I know they have great prices and awesome customer service.
