"I set up my ice cube maker machine right away. It was so simple to use, and made ice cubes in a few minutes. I tried all 3 sizes and they looked perfect. We will enjoy this on our camping trip.I feel I got a bargain for the price I paid. We all like to feel we got a deal these days. I would certainly recommend this store to anyone. Also it was shipped very quickly,double boxed in great condition."

"I purchased a NewAir Wine Cooler for my wife as a birthday gift. I found the best price for the model I chose at Air & Water. I read some negative reviews, and I honestly don’t know why Air & Water received them.  All I can say is WOW! I placed the order on Saturday August. 1 and immediately received a confirmation/receipt e-mail. On Monday Aug 3 I received a thank you/ order shipped e-mail with tracking info. On Tuesday Aug. 4 FedEx my assistant notified me that the unit arrived at my office mail room. Since I didn’t want it shipped to our home and risk ruining the surprise. They were very accommodating of shipping to an alternative address. Two business days after placing an order I have the wine cooler to give my wife as a gift. Everything is what it is supposed to be and I couldn't be happier. I chose regular ground shipping, which was free and still I have the package this soon several days before her birthday. Air & water has proven to me that they are a TOP-NOTCH competitor with wonderful service that matches their wonderful prices. I WILL definitely use them in the future. "

"Update: I received a call from Ronnie (one of the managers at Air-n-Water) shortly after this review was posted. He apologized for everything that had happened and did everything in his power to rectify my situation. He assured me that my customer service issues revolved around reps staying "in process" and was his goal to give them more control and I assume use more "common sense" tactics and ensure the customer is satisfied at the end of the day. As I have guest coming into town this weekend, I told him I had to go to a brick and mortar and pick up an A/C today because of the heat and I didn't want them to have to deal with it. Ronnie offered several options all which were above and beyond, but just with the timing we couldn't make it work. In the end, he did promise a full refund, and ways to expedite the entire process. Ronnie has totally redeemed the company in my eyes, and it is my hope that not only is my situation not the norm, but also my story will be used to better their internal processes.

Original Review: Here's my story. I purchased a "NewAir R-1000H Reconditioned Portable Air Conditioner" originally on 7/23. It was received on 7/30. When I plugged the unit in, there was no power, did not work AT ALL. I received it on an 89 degree day that was VERY humid. I called Air-n-Water and spoke with a rep. It didn't even seem to surprise them when I said it didn't work. The rep went into RMA / Exchange mode and set up for another to be sent out. She stated that that dept was backed up and could take a while. I stated that was unacceptable as they had my money and it was the middle of a heatwave. So my request was expedited (so nice of them). Second order processed by them on 7/31 and arrived on 8/6. It was a lot cooler out so I only plugged in to make sure it worked for a minute or two. Called in on 8/10 (another hot day) and told them this one was making LOTS of noise and after about twenty minutes of running it just powered down and got an E1 error. Again rep didn't seem surprised and went into RMA/exchange mode. I told her it was unacceptable to wait another week for a unit because they had my money for 18 days already and I did not have a working unit. I was asking for expedited shipping and confirmation that they Quality Checked the next unit before sending it to me. They could Q/A it, but not expedite unless I paid for it (can you believe it). So now I'm waiting AGAIN for another unit. The order wasn't updated with FedEx until 8/12, so it took 2 days for it to get out of A-n-W's door (even with all my complaints). New unit will not come until 8/18
(and there are another 5 days of 90+ temps in the forecast).

"Air & Water customer service is awesome!!! We called them during a heat wave when every store in town was said to be out of fans and air conditioners. Since we called past the cutoff time for overnight shipping, we expected the air conditioner to be shipped overnight the following day. This is a company which exceeds its promises and customers' expectations! FedX delivered the air conditioner on the hottest day on record, one day earlier than promised. We are so thankful for the kindness and efficiency of the wonderful people at Air & Water. World class!"

"The evap a/c I ordered arrived very quickly. It was missing a part. Sent email #1, no response. When turned on (missing part not important for that) the evap a/c did not function. Sent email #2. this is all in the first day. Sent other emails to the supposed customer service email given in the company's written information. Never have had a response to any of the emails. Called customer service and talked to someone apparently still in the 8th grade. She knew nothing. Sympathetic, but not much help. She made suggestions, which were tried. But the bottom line is the unit is defective. The company, please note when ordering, has no warranty on its products. And to return the unit you pay for shipping AND a 15% "restocking" fee. The fact that the unit was missing a part, and the condition of the unit makes me think what i was shipped was a "restocked" item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. READ THE LOW RATINGS. THE INFORMATION IN THOSE IS THE MOST ACCURATE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY."

"I would like to thank Air Water for their very fast service and would like to say ythat the fan I ordered came without a bump either on the box or on the fan that I purchased. Also the fan was exactly the fan that I had ppictured in my mind when I read the description.
I am totally blind and have a talking computer and I can tell you that not all webb sites are very easy to read with a screen reader. With Air Water's webb site I had no problem navagating around not all webb sites are that way.
I would highly reccomend this webb site to anyone it is very user friendly if you use a screen reader, the product that I ordered is exactly what I wanted and I might add the only one that I found with this heavy duty fan.
Again Air Water met my needs in every way.

"I purchases an Portable a/c unit model A/C 12000e and was so impressed I returned the following day to buy another for my bedroom.the unit worked great and was not any louder than I expected. "The AF-350-Turbo Swamp Cooler by NewAir was delivered in a timely manner.

In Portland, Oregon where temperatures were recently in the 90s and humidity in the 30s, I was disappointed with the performance of the cooler. It did cool the room somewhat, but probably not by more than 7-10 degrees and the increased humidity made it feel just about as hot.

The fan is quite noisy and it is difficult to pour in the water with out some of it leaking out from within the cooler.

All of that said, I'm happy to have something that can help bring the temperature down a little, and pleased that it doesn't pull as much power as an A/C unit.
