I was referred to by my mother in-law to this site who got a swamp cooler and lives in the middle of nowhereland. She lives in the desert area so there's very little humidity. She made a purchase around March and told me about how great the sales rep were. I actually came to their office to visit and check the swamp cooler in person (they had a floor model, fortunately!) Great quality products although they are resellers. There's a reason why they are in business!"
