"I have never had a more efficient and helpful encounter with the customer service than with AirSplat. Upon ordering a new airsoft pistol and a canister of green gas, I was troubled by the fact that I had not received a confirmation email a day after the order was placed, and I had forgotten to write down my order number off of my receipt. I emailed their customer service at around 6pm, saddened by the fact that their business hours were from 9am-5pm; I wasn't expecting a reply for at least a couple days. Instead, I got it in about 30 minutes, with not only my order number, but a confirmation that my order had already shipped, and a UPS tracking number. I received the automated confirmation email with the same information 2 days after their customer service got to me. Astounding. It honestly pleases me to know that I can rely on airsplat's customer service to help me out with my orders. THANK YOU AIRSPLAT!"

"I love their prices and high quality. I did have one problem that Airsplat jumped right on it. I had to return the Electric Magazine windup. It did not fit my magazines. Airsplat send me a Return authorization."

"This is not a reputable company! They ship used merchandise under the guise of new. They will do everything they can to avoid exchanging or accepting returns of merchandise. Absolutely terrible customer service.

We ordered a gun for our son as a Christmas gift. When we received the item the product box was not sealed, the lid being completely unglued and flattened. There were hand and finger prints all over the gun, glue or tape residue on both ends of the scope, the magazine was loaded, and it had been fired.

AirSplat gave me two stories. First that U.S. Customs sometimes opens the products to inspect them. But, do they also fire them? The second story was that the manufacturer opens the packages and test fires them. Unbelievable!

When I called them they told me they would email me Return Merchandise Authorization information within 24-72 hours. When not receiving an email after 108 hours, I called them again and they told me my request to return the gun for exchange had been refused. They had no reason why I wasn't notified of that fact. They said they would not exchange it. Sebastian told me the gun was fine and would fire OK. I told him that I paid for a new gun, and that's what I expected. Sebastian then said he would issue me a full refund and would email instructions within 24-72 hours. After another week they still hadn't emailed me return instructions, so I filed a dispute through my bank with VISA credit cards.

Even though Airplat.com policy states that they will refuse merchandise returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number, my bank advised me to ship it back and give them the UPS tracking materials. I shipped the gun back, and finally, after over a month, they've issued me a credit on the gun.

But, the story isn't over. I had also requested that they reimburse me for the UPS shipping costs to return the gun. They have called me twice saying that they have the credit for the shipping ready to process, but they would first like me to either remove my poor review of them from ResellerRatings.com, or make it 5 stars. Well, unlike Airsplat.com, I have a conscience and won't do that. Even though they've issued me a credit on the gun, their non-existent customer service, and my having to resort to filing a dispute with VISA to encourage some action from them is far from worthy of 5 stars. I've contacted ResellerRatings.com about the requests made by Airsplat.com for me to remove or increase the rating I submitted. The response from ResellerRatings.com was "It's a violation of our policies for a merchant to ask you to change or remove a negative review, or to enter a positive review. If you have the email, please reply with a copy attached so that we can take action with the merchant." Yet more evidence of the unethical practices of this company. I'm now forwarding the messages that Airsplat.com left with me on to ResellerRatings.com.

I've heard bad things about airsplat and good things BUT! Wit the reviews on the internat, i was confident about buying from airsplat. "My experience with airsplat.com was great. I purchased an A&K SR-25 from the website and it arrived on time and without defect.

I heard about airsplat from my cousin who was also getting into airsoft at the time. The main reason I went with airsplat was because at the time, they were the only online airsoft retailer that seemed to have the rifle I wanted actually in stock.

Website navigation was not as streamlined as other big online airsoft retailers such as airsoftgi.com or evike.com, which generally gives the impression that shopping at airsplat wouldn't be as good an experience, but that is also very far from the truth. Airsplat.com delivers a quality product with top-notch customer service. And you can't beat the 110% price matching guarantee.

The stock is a little less diverse than the other large online retailers, but if you are particular about what you want in terms of performance in your airsoft gun, then I believe that what is featured at airsplat is adequate.

Of course, the biggest plus for airsplat.com: generally the lowest prices on the market. You'd be hardpressed to find someone who would argue that this is a bad thing. Cheaper price for the same item + the same high level of customer service + same guarantees on shipping = great experience. I will definitely be shopping with airsplat.com again in the near future.

"I only went to this site to find a deal, so when I found a coupon code that offered free shipping, I chose to use Airsplat. The coupon code WAS ACCEPTED and I was shown a message saying it would not show up until the very last page, (after I had to enter credit card info.) THE DISCOUNT DID NOT SHOW UP, had I known I would pay $16 for shipping, obviously I would not have went through with my purchase. I contacted the company via email (they were closed to phone calls) IMMEDIATELY to cancel my order, the company replied to my email 6 hours later and alerted me that my order had already been shipped, (how convenient ).. they did not seem to care that I had purchased their product under false pretenses.

"I ordered a kjw p226 and a kjw p226 magazine. Within one week the lip of one of the magazines broke. I sent it in and Rma was fast and easy. about one week later i got the magazine back.

A few weeks later the magazines started leaking horribly. So bad that to a point you could only get one shot of. I have taken care of the magazines and oiled them so there was no error on my part. i searched for a solution in the manual, and I realized that my magazines weren't even the same ones as the ones in the manual.

I believe I have gotten some sort of cheap knock off. I emailed Airsplat to see if something could be done about the leaks and asked why the magazine weren't the real ones. Since then, no one has every emailed me back. And my gun is now useless

"I purchased a Jing Gong G3-A1 from Airsplat.com along with some other accessories for it. I was pleased with the shopping experience. Airsplat offers the lowest prices of any online store I've dealt with. They also offer free shipping on orders over $150, which is nice because other sites charge around 40 dollars to ship an order that costs that much. They have great product selection and it is easy to find any product they carry because everything is categorized effectively.
The descriptions for the items could be a little more in-depth. Some only give brief, basic information and when you are trying to comparison shop, it is not always helpful. They product descriptions are generally accurate, but not always detailed.
