"First Id Like to say that AirSplat has a great selection of products and I love there Customer Service, they stand by their product. I had purchased a starter gun for my son and when it arrived it was nice and he loved it at first, then after several uses I noticed that he was not using it as much and I asked him why and he said that the gun did not shoot straight. So I took it outside and tried it and just like he said it did not shoot straight. After calling tech support we had determined that the gun had a fixed hop-up system and they gave me the option to return it for credit or trade up for a better gun. Needless to say we traded up and now my son is so much happier with his new gun. Thanks Airsplat!!!!!!! Also when the sent the replacement gun it got to us faster than the original shipment. Now that's what I call Service!!!

They shipped my order fast and were very quick to answer any questions I had whether through email or phone. I've seen reviews about them supposedly selling "used" items as if they were "new" items, but my item was definitely brand new. The only thing I can think of is I know most sellers of airsoft products test fire their guns before they sell them to make sure they are performing optimally and to spec with the item description. This could be why boxes appear "unsealed", and the shipper (UPS, fedex, etc) would be the one responsible for damages boxes, etc. I had a great buying experience with Airsplat.com and will use them again!"

"Item broke with in 5 minutes. Took weeks to get a replacement. Replacement broke with the same problem within 5 minutes. Airsplat won't give a refund hiding behind a policy that you have 3 days from the original order to get a refund...less 15% re-stocking fee. So when the second item is defective you are stuck with out the option of getting your money at all, even less 15%. That is not customer service it is a scam. Do yourself a favor and google airsplat sucks. It's a real eyeopener. The testimonials written on their site are probably written by the owners and employees...Update...I was contacted by Airsplat and they (Sebastian) told me if I changed my review of them they would refund my money. Talk about a lack of ethics! The credit card company did not side with them. The Bank of America returned my money and said they were sorry! Airsplat is not not being truthful about the condition of the returned gun. Trying to buy a good review...how low can you go? Thankfully forums like this help consumers make educated decisions! Don't go through what I have. Buy somewhere else !NOTE: Hey Airsplat, you have the money and the gun! How do you justify that?"

"There have been a few issues with Airsplat in the past such as leaking gas bolts/guns, missing parts and, finally, a lower handguard rail for an M4 Carbine. As I have both a DBoys (airsoft) and a Charles Daly (real), I am unable to match the rail bolt slots to the vent holes in the handguard. I contacted Airsplat via Email and got the same run-around again. "Send it back and they will either fix it or replace it, of course, at my expense." They can't replace it because the design and manufacturing is wrong. Even if I decide to ship it back to them ($$$) they will charge me a $15 restocking charge. How RUDE is that??

"I bought from airsplat.com before and was satisfied. A week ago i ordered a ARMY r85a1 and the shipped it to me with missing sights, a missing tool, the stock was covered with nastey orange stuff, the gun had been fired, the clip was filled with bb's, and the box was beat to hell. The guy we called was nice and he is going to check the gun and hopefully send me my new gun which is a g&g m4 gr16 blowback v2 (black). Now after reading these reviews i am afraid they will send me another broken gun. I love airsplat.com they were good and nice and this was the first time they sent me a messed up gun. Now if they send me a good gun i will be more then happy to order from everytime i can. I really dont want a broken gun AGAIN, so if an airsplat employee can respond and reasure me then i will be more the pleased to buy the 3 gas rifles i wanted but i want to see about the gun they send back. "After reading reviews of others I was a little bit skeptical about ordering from Airsplat. After not being able to locate Green Gas anywhere locally I decided to purchase some of their store brand Green Gas. Shipping charges and time were both reasonable only taking about four days from the west coast to the east.
The Green Gas itself did not appear to do exactly what it said it would,but after a brief break in period of my gun as it was brand new I could not be any happier and it works as stated at a great price.
I would purchase from here again."
