"Got a gun for a prop set I was making.

They were very nice! Called them spoke to them. Placed a large order and received a quote. Compared around and they were by far the cheapest. They were cheapest off the bat, but after the quote, was untouchable.

Order shipped promptly, despite the size, arrive as promised in good condition. If they can handle a 50 gun order without as much of a hiccup, I think it's a good measurement that they're on top of the ball.

"I will do business with this company again. I had a very strange problem with my order. I called the company before ordering to verify the items I was purchasing were in stock. I also had a technical question which was answered both quickly and correctly. But when I received my order, the airsoft gun that arrived was a used gun that looked like a return (there was also a used scope inside the gun box though this gun does not come with a scope). I did not appreciate this, and my son was very disappointed. I explained the issue to customer service. No one could understand how I received used parts. This company is reputable, but accidents happen. After I convinced them that my issue was legitimate, customer service sent me another shipment and there were a couple of goodies in the box for my grief. Thank you customer service. If you do a lot of business online like I do, you will eventually encounter trouble. How that trouble is handled makes or breaks a company in my eyes. I will continue to shop here. I don't expect trouble, but I know if I do have trouble that I can count on their customer service to fix the issue."

"airsplat.com sells a selection of airsoft stuff at reasonable prices. they repaired my kids airsoft rifle under warranty when they didn't really have to. i will buy from them again.

"ordered a gun and when received it was defective. after numerous emails finally received their return shipping label. returned the gun. now they have been dragging me around saying that they have not received the gun. Several times now I have scanned and emailed the ups label showing the weight of 9.15 lbs. This weight is the exact package weight as I received it. They continue to send me emails like, " I assume we are talking about the gun." Or "Here is an RMA # please ship the gun." These after I have three times now copied the ups label with the weight and explained that the gun was shipped back in the original package as I received it. This company just seems to yank me around with stupid questions. I would never buy from them again.

They did ship the gun back. But it was the same gun and it still does not work. so I am done with this company. i wanted them to send me a return shipping label. and to get one i am BLACKMAILED BY MARIO at their company. he told me that he would not send one until i removed this negative review. I told him that was blackmail. he said that was the only way he would send one. i asked to speak to his supervisor but he said he was the highest supervisor. so that is why i changed my first edit to satisfied. I just wanted to get a return label. i still don't have the label so here I am letting everyone know this company is pathetic.

as far as them sending out the new gun three weeks ago in their review of my complaint. I had the gun shipped to my UPS box so I did not know it was there. since the three week period we had gone back and forth with 34 emails on the problem. so they did not even know the gun had shipped. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

02/21/09 Finally someone there "got" the problem figured out and it has been resolved. I do not know why it took 72 emails back and forth and a problem since before Christmas to get this resolved. I think it was this review that finally got their attention. Either way, May C. at Airsplat was the one who finally helped me get this resolved. I thank her for that. Although I will still never buy from this company again.

"I came in finding nice prices for stuff that you could pay twice for elsewhere. I was happy because I didn't have much money and I wanted a decent product. But then I got an email that my product I ordered was backordered. I wasn't happy because it said no where on the site that the product was backordered before I ordered. So I try and exchange it with another product, and I'm told I have to call them to exchange items... Now I'm more unhappy as I don't want to have to call, and I'm not available to call during their business hours anyway... So I ask when the backordered product will be in because I needed something by the next month and it probably takes a bit of time to ship. It was too long, so I cancelled the order. They were nice about it, and I might consider doing business again if I need something. But beware, if you shop here and need a product soon, email or call beforehand to see if it's in stock at the moment.

EDIT: They called me and explained the situation. If I need anything else, their prices and customer service are good enough for me to give them a second chance. It was kinda just a big misconception with exchanging items I guess since the guy I talked to said I am allowed to exchange over email and I gave them all the info they needed to do so. Because of this situation though, I ended up paying almost $40 extra elsewhere for a gun the exact same as Airsplat sells for $33ish.

"Where do I start? Well, to give you the short story, they have impressed me and I am forever loyal to them. Read on for more details.

I originally purchased an airsoft gun from them for my 15 year old son. This was a last year for Christmas. It shipped out quickly, arrived on time, and was in perfect condition. My son loved that gun. He would sleep with it and take it to school if i let him. He probably shot over 10,000 rounds through that thing in a short time of 4 months before it finally gave out on him.

Of course he was heart broken. And for $40 or so, I felt he got all the use out of that thing that it was worth. Of course he wanted another one, but I wasn't about to just say ok without any contingencies. I told him if he got over 3.5 for the last semester I would do it. It a little more complicated than that. It involved averages and was a sliding scale to determine how much i would buy him.

In any case he got it! and with flying colors. Based on what we agreed we got him a $160 gun this past christmas. Again it shipped out quickly, and arrived on time. But when he took it out he was crushed that it didn't work.

I told him to handle it and he tried for a week or two. Called them half a dozen times and got nowhere.

I finally stepped in to help out because i felt like he wasn't getting anywhere. After 2 calls I was pushed up to a supervisor who was very helpful. Of course, I wasn't so polite, but he kept his cool. After spending 30 minutes with him, we got the whole situation squared away. It was all a big misunderstanding. He had notes for all the calls my son made and sadly i think he was just too impatient to listen to what they were telling him and essentially just didn't know how to test the problem. It turned out it wasn't defective, he just wasn't using it correctly.

In any case, I was very happy with how they handled it. Later i found out the rep my son spoke to on the last call finally felt for him and i think it was apparent my son was struggling and went ahead and completed the request on his behalf and was able to get a replacement shipped out.

I felt so bad when it arrived I ended up just paying for both. It's the least I could have done, they covered shipping and all and listened to both my son and I yelling at them.

It's rare to find a company that will listen to a babbling 14 year old and be patient enough to handle them. I couldn't be happier with the product or service.

"we had purchased an airsoft rifle, the end was cracked and it broke the next day we got it. contacted airsplat via email, they responded quickly, were so customer service detailed. a new airsoft gun was sent to us and they contacted us several times to be sure we were listened too and issue was resolved. i can only say positive things about the company and its employees. highly recommend Airsplat.com thank you for the opprotunity to voice my opinion. seller is teriffic!"

"I do not recommend Airsplat. I ordered the BE HK33E M15 Airsoft Electric Rifle AEG for my son - his reward to bringing home all A's on his high school report card. The gun failed to fire. After shipping back the rifle for repair, Airsplat ships back the same gun, supposedly there is no defect and now we have the same gun that does not fire. Airsplat customer support is 100% through email which slows down the process. In addition, I will have to pay another $30 to ship it back to them again and a 15% restocking fee because they insist that the gun is working properly. It doesn't even fire! Don't waste your time and money with Airsplat -- find another on-line airsoft supplier. "

"We as a family have been buying from AirSplat for the past 5 years. Starting from our oldest son and now our younget son. In this time period we've purchased from a number of retailers, both online and brick and mortar.

After all this time, airsplat is the only retailer we're still continue buying from on a regular basis. They do have their moments where sometimes they seem to lose sight of the ball, but overall through these dozens of orders and a hand full of other retailers, they have been, overall the most consistently good retailer we've dealt with. Even compared to such companies and Dell, Amazon, eBay. These huge companies have their moments just as well. But after dealing with numerous other retailers who have either consistently been bad or simply, never been good, we find airsplat the best to deal with.

A good recommendation from our family.
