"***THINK TWICE***I placed an order for a cannon camera online and was contacted to "confirm" my order. Well it was a nightmare...they HAD to talk to me before they would complete the order. Well, after 2 days of "phone tag" I was finally able to talk to someone for a few mins before my cell phone dropped the call. What I did find out was that that they HAVE to talk to you to sell you accessories! They STILL wouldn't complete my order. I called again to cancel my order, and I got a RUDE salesperson that said
"Yeah...your order is already cancelled"! DON'T do business with this company to save a few bucks!"

"I bought a Nikon D3200 kit via Ajrichies.com and got two bonus offers available on April 24. I selected some other sale items that were not compatible with my camera but a customer service rep called to alert me instead of just billing me for them and requiring a return. All of my merchandise arrived in a timely manner and customer service quickly resolved getting me the bonus items that did not come in my initial shipment. They earned my trust - I was very worried since I am on the West Cost. I plan to purchase from them again."

"The color I wanted wasn't in stock, or being made anymore. The customer service department left a message at my home as well as emailed me to find out if I wanted a different color. We got this resolved and they offered to throw in an accessory for my inconvenience. Very nice. Can't wait for my package !"
"Be informed before you buy from this company. First they delay the order so they can contact you to try and sell their overpriced accessories and warranties. Then they ask you post a review of their website (I did not) before they ship the product. The new camera I ordered arrived 23 days after I placed the order (order placed on 4/13/11). It was repackaged, not in the original box and inside the box was the wrong camera - a lesser model! Also not included was the promised free mini tripod. After many, many phone calls, I finally was able to speak to someone. They apologized very nicely and sent me a FedEx label for the return and assured me that the camera was new, but because they were a wholesaler they had to take it out of the Sony packaging. Over and over he assured me that we would get a new camera as soon as it was shipped to them from Japan (it would be NEW) and that he would send it via 3-day Fed Ex to make up for the trouble. The camera I returned reached them on 5/14/13. The replacement camera did not arrive until 6/17/13 (shipping took 9 days), again repackaged. Once we powered up the battery, we discovered someone else's photos on our "new"; camera. They are NOT selling new products. Sony advised me to buy an extended warranty through Sony (much less than through AJ Richies). I called AJ Richies the next day and left a voice mail. A few hours later Roger called me. Even though this review was not yet up on Reseller Ratings, somehow they had access to it and he wanted me to change the review so it would be a more favorable review. If I did, they would send me a 3 year warranty for the camera that would cover anything that went wrong. He would not send me the details. First I needed to improve the review on this site right away before it was released and then he would send me the tracking number for the shipment. REALLY? You want me to sugar coat my review of the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with by buying me off with a 3 year warranty? I will not lie for you. He told me that camera must have been one that had been returned because the customer didn't like the color or they may have gotten it from another online retailer, he wasn't sure (he was completely shocked that were photos on the camera). I can only guess he is telling me what his supervisor told him to tell me. I got another phone message from him the next day telling me that his supervisor told him that I hadn't changed the review. I don't blame him or any of the others that work there for the lies. This was a terrible experience. I bought my own warranty to cover everything from a completely different source for $52. I would not trust the warranty AJ Richies offered to send me.I am profoundly disappointed in the company's lack of integrity and honesty. It must start at the top."
