"Do NOT buy from this company!!! Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered a camera and called to check on it 12 days later and they hadn't even processed my order yet. When I requested the order be processed and shipping be expedited, the rude man on the phone said he would have to charge me for the shipping. I immediately cancelled my order, which he had no problem doing. BTW, my order confirmation says orders are processed in 3-5 business days and delivery takes 10-14 business days. It has been 8 business days and my order hadn't even been processed. Ridiculous!!!"

"Does this company actually exist? No email support, only via hotline. 6-15 minutes wait, if they pick up at all. And they don't answer your question (i.e. I ordered something a few weeks ago, what's the status), but forward you - and then you wait for another 10 minutes or reach the voicemail. Heard people shouting swearwords in the background (I guess that at least means that there's actually people 'working' there). I have been waiting for a month now, status is "still backordered" - canceled the order, we'll see how that goes."

"I place an order for a Canon digital camera on 5/22/13. On 5/29/13 I received an email from Ajrichies which informed me that they could not complete the order because they could not verify billing information. A week had passed since I placed the order. This seemed strange so I checked their reviews. Apparently they are scammers."

"Found AJRichies on the Internet with a spectacular price of $549 for a Sony RX100. Then received a call asking if I wanted any accessories, and after I said "no thank you," I was told that the price was for a camera without a Sony-warranty. The person told me that I needed to pay $609 for the camera I want. After weighing my options, I said Ok, do it. Several days later with no confirmation, no ship notification, I called customer service, and was bounced around several times between different people and eventually into voice mail. The third attempt the person answering the phone put me into voicemail before I could get three words out of my mouth, so I called my CC-company and had them reverse the charges to AJRichies.

"The worst online company I could ever imagine. Among other complaints (up-sell follow-up phone call, impossible customer service, and outrageous return policy), my biggest complaint is that this company commits FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES! They sold me a re-furbished Nikon D5100 camera advertised as new. I called Nikon USA after I became suspicious of the plain white box (not the usual Nikon box) that the camera came in. They confirmed it was re-furbished by the camera serial numbers. No luck with customer service as I tried calling five times and was either put on hold, disconnected or could not get through. Luckily my credit card company took over and forced them to issue a full refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
