"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.I ordered a sony hdr-pj710v high def camcorder on 1-28-13, three day later they sent me an e-mail saying I had to give them a call to verify my order. To make sure it wasn't a fraudulent order. Then they wanted to sell me extra batteries for over 300% more then anyone else.They must think I'm another one of their suckers.I told them I didn't need anything extra. He still tried to sell me more stuff and when I insisted that I did not need anything else his attitude changed and he became more hostile. At this point I knew he wasn't going to send me the camcorder. Three days later I inquired about my order and they said I would have to wait until the next shipment in a few weeks. Price was much lower then other places.
Had to call to confirm the order before it would ship and was "pushed" lots of accessories...most I planned to get anyways, just not at that time.

I received the items fast and in new condition...no swapped out knock-off brands I've read about.
One thing I did notice was I didn't get the 2nd "free" battery offered so I called. I was told they upgrade the original battery in the box so it's long life and I did get a boxed on saying long life so I'll test them to be sure.

I suggested that they put their prices on the invoice so I could double check the prices I was charged instead of each item showing 0.00 and there be a "package price" for the whole thing and the sales man "Scott" said, "no our prices are lower then anywhere" and hung up on me.....

Well then the phone call everyone get's when ordering from AJrichies.com Telling me that they don't have the Camera I ordered in stock but had the Camera I ordered with a 1 year warranty that would cost $800.00 more with the same item number on the invoice CNEOS5DIII in stock go figure huh? Well the operator said for my trouble and extra cost he would throw in 64gb high speed sd card on top of what I should be getting doubled. Well after being short the two 64 gb CF cards, one extra long life Battery and the 64gb sd card this is what I end up receiving after calling them and letting them no they shorted me on my order. I did end up with my 2 batteries. I never receive my 64gb CF cards they sent 2 generic 32 gb CF cards instead. They did send two 32gb sd cards instead of the 64gb they promised since adding on the extra $800. So I am still short 64gb's in CF cards. Being able to receive most of what was ordered even though all memory cards were generic and having to wait for the second package I feel some what lucky. Bottom line charged and extra $800 for same item number they were suppose to be out of and short 64gb's in CF card memory."

"I ordered a Nikon camera that has recently been discontinued by Nikon along with a special 2 for 1 on 4GB SD cards. I received email confirmation of the order. A day later I received an email to call them about something unclear on shipping. I called...it is a scam. I was told the order was nearly 100 more than the original online order because of insurance to ship to OHIO. I was told that they were giving me a 16GB card I said I did not want. They said I must have a battery charger because the camera would only run on rechargeables and not on lithium batteries. I argued with the guy, insisting that what I ordered was what I wanted and I would look up the original invoice. Salesperson quickly said that he would remove the insurance to OHIO and would give me 2 8GB cards which I said I didn't want. PKG arrived today. Camera was not the color I ordered, it was not in a Nikon company box...looks like a knockoff camera or a refurbished one. there was a 16GB card and no 4GB cards that I ordered. Also price was 20 dollars higher than email invoice. I called the company...they said the camera color had run out by the time of shipment; could not explain the 16GB card. Dodged attempts to return. invoice with pkg showed it was a pkg deal and all individual items were listed as 0.00.
I recommend buying camera from legitamate camera dealer and not from AJ RItCHies...SCAM ARTISTS imho. I am reporting them to our Attorny General's Office."

"In the end, I am not happy with my purchase. When I ordered online I ordered a camera and a certain package. A few days later, after my order should have already shipped I got a call while at work and my order had not shipped yet. That would be one thing but I also received a hard up sell. I had no idea that apparently I agreed to huge up sell of $100 worth of stuff that I did not need and frankly I do not think I actually received. I bought the camera to coincide with the birth of my first child. Because of the time crunch and obligations, I did no even realize what was or was not in the box or what it cost until after the 7 day return window was over. 7 days? That's it? This was the classic bait and switch and over charge. P.S. The free gift that they had promised me was not included. I will not shop with AJrichies again and I suggest no one else does either."
