I've called at least three times, a week apart, and each time I called I get "It'll be in soon. We haven't charged your card. You can cancel the order or wait another week." I spoke with Scott, and he said he'd upgrade my shipping if I wrote a review on this site and be sure to not state that AJ Richies asked to write the review. "I was sent a camera by AJRitchies that did not fit the product description. I was sold a camera with WiFi capabilities but this camera was manufactured for a country that was not allowed wifi use. Please be careful about your purchases and know that once you receive your order you may not be able to get through to anyone again. "Placed my order for a Nikon P510 over the net, get a confirmation of price, and that the shipping is free. Next day I get a call at work wanting to confirm my shipping address and then telling me I need to buy batteries and I can get a good deal at $50 for two. I felt the price was high but for two it was not totally horrible. I then was pressured to buy overpriced memory and anything else the person on the phone could think of. I refused and he said the camera and batteries would ship right away, and was mumbeled a price I could not understand. I got home and checked the charges on my Credit Card account, and found that on top of the charges for the camera and the overpriced batteries, it appears that I am being charged an additional $50.00 for "free shipping".
Called the next day to find out about the charges and at least got through to a very rude "customer service" person. When I asked about the extra charges, he said it was for handling and insurance, and I should have expected it. I asked to cancel the order, and was told too bad, it is already shipping, we will send you your tracking number.
OK, here is my 2/9/13 update. I received a call while at work from an Ajrichies representative (Roger) asking why I would give them such a poor review. After considerable conversation, the representative agreed to drop all the extra charges and refund the difference back to my credit card, if I were to improve my rating to positive, Well, I will go along for now, but the shipment has not shown up on the UPS website, and no credit has shown up on my credit card. Just because you get a tracking number, does not mean the item has shipped, it only means a label has been generated.
We will see how this continues.
2/11/13 update:
I did notify Reseller Ratings that Ajrichies had offered to eliminate the excess charges in return for a positive review.
I must be very fortunate. Checked my Credit Card account last night, and all charges were refunded as a "return". Hopefully this is the last I ever have to deal with Ajrichies. I just keep wondering how they manage to get so many 5 star reviews.

"Four days after placing my order for a FujiFilm HS30EXR camera I called to ask when it would ship. While talking with the sales rep he told me they had a special of two extended life batteries for the price of one; plus, as a first time customer bonus, they would send me a cameral cleaning kit. I agreed. But what I got were two different sized batteries. One 1800mah and the other was only 1200mah. The smaller one did not come in a package. It looked like it was taken out of some other camera. The cleaning solution bottle was already open and leaked over the rest of the contents. I think it was used too. I called to complain and got the same sale rep. He was rude, refused to help me, and transferred me in mid-sentence to Customer Service, which was just a voice message machine. I left two messages total and after two days now they haven’t returned my phone call. This place is pathetic. Not the kind of place you want to do business.
2/13/2013 UPDATE***
One day after posting this review AjRichies called and asked how to make my order right. They sent a new 2000mah battery which I received today. Now my order is what I expected. For this, I will increase their rating.
