I buy a lot on line and ajrichies.com has been the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I have spent over $3,200.00 with them and when I got the merchandise it was not what I was told over the phone. They are liars and when I got the merchandise, some things were missing too...

I called them several times and every time I call them, I'm placed on hold for over 20 minutes each time I have called and kept on getting bounced from one person to another and did not resolve anything and also have sent them several emails and no luck. The one time I was able to talk to someone, he said, if you're not happy with what you have purchased then return it but you'll be charged a re-stucking fee of about $600...so it's a no win situation!

My recommendation is to avoid this company at all cost...I just can not believe how companies operates like this and pretend that they will make it in business! I think that there should be consumer protection from companies like this one."

At one point I even had one rep say they "don't care"! Awful! They said I got an email saying the product was out of stock, I never received an email like that and my order wasn't processed for 2 weeks (until after I called them). Their prices are a ripoff as well. They pull you in with "cheap" prices, but the price they give you doesn't include anything. And then they try to sell you stuff for much more than it is worth! "don't do business with these people. The are bait and switch artists. Ordered a panasonic camera on line. Five days later i recieved a call from a sales rep. claiming he wanted to verify my shipping address. Asked if i wanted the full warrenty, a real battery etc. that this was only a wholesale camera that did not come with all the equipment a retail camera came with. the online site did not inform you of this. after waiting 5-7 days they thing you are ready to buy all that bull just to get your camera shipped."

"What a surprising experience ordering my new camera from AJ Richies.com. I had ordered the same camera from another website and I started regretting my decision. I did my due diligence and saw the other company's disgruntled customers review and I cancelled my order immediately. Thank God. I then found AJ Richies online and noticed the great reviews. I was expecting a similar bad experience, but thankfully, I was wrong! My rep was polite, knowledgable and willing to work with me on the specs of the product I ordered.
