"I would not order anything from this company. I recently ordered a Nikon D 5100 from them as they appeared to be the cheapest price. My final bill reflected something entirely else. I ordered the camera, then got a phone call to confirm at which time they told me that my old SD cards would not work in my new camera. I was also informed that the battery that came with the camera only had a half hour life. Thus, I was convinced to buy an upgraded battery, but they had a two for one special, and a new SD Card. When I got the camera my old SD Card worked just fine and I only received one battery, buy my price was $180 dollars more that it should have been. I could not get in touch with anyone at the company. I sent a long email, to which they finally responded with a phone call. They told me they upgraded me to the American model which is built better and that it came with a long life battery already so they didn't send me two. The information on the batteries does not match up. The one that came with the camera 7.4v 1030mAH 7.7Wh the one I purchased is 7.4v 1800mAH 13.3Wh. The one I purchased is a better battery with longer life. As of this review they still have not made good on my second battery, or refunded me the $180 for the upgrade I didn't ask for. Bait and switch is all that comes to mind. Buyer be ware!!!!"

"So, I had previously ordered a Nikon coolpix s3300 from another company....big mistake. Camera didn't work upon arrival n would not recognize the memory card either. I returned and looked around. I found ajrichies had a much better camera (Nikon coolpix s9300) at a terrific price. I ordered the camera and then called a few hours later asking how long until I received the camera. I needed it for work! The customer service guy was extremely helpful and informed me that the color I had ordered was back ordered at least two to three weeks. He went through the inventory and found me a different color (black) that would ship right away. Excellent customer service and I received my camera today....perfect. I love it! Thank you!!!"

"Terrible experience! I purchased a camera and hadn't heard anything in over 1 week. I emailed them twice, with no response and finally decided to call them. I was told by one, very unprofessional rude employee that my purchase should ship in the next week and would arrive in 5-7 days after it shipped. I decided to call back and have my item shipped sooner. I again spoke with a different, yet still very unprofessional rude sales person. The call was disconnected. I called back again and was now told it would be 2-3 weeks until my camera shipped because they were still waiting to receive the product! No one emailed me to let me know it would be this long! I would already be on my trip that I bought the camera for! I was very disappointed with the customer service and cancelled my order, needless to say."

They took almost a month to ship and charged me $40 for handling and insurance which was not shown anywhere on my web transaction and was not explained clearly over the phone. When I called to ask about the higher charge they were very rude and said my only option was to dispute it through my credit card company. I am very disappointed with their business practices."

1. The camera they sold me was used, not "New" as advertised.

2. THEY ARE NOT AN AUTHORIZED NIKON DEALER. No matter what you will not have a warranty.

3. They lied and told me that my camera had a full warranty.

4. Nikon confirmed in writing that my camera was used. It was originally sold to Walmart on March 1st 2011 (almost 2 years old!).

In the end AJRichies lost this battle with me. I don't let people take my hard earned money. I was issued a full refund via a charge back based on my overwhelming evidence against them.

Call Nikon with your serial number. They will confirm with you that your camera is used. They will even put it in writing for you to give your credit card company."

I have attempted to resolve an issue with this company for the past 6 weeks. I ordered an item listed at $179 on their site (invoice received but charged $229). They called to confirm that the shipping address was different than the billing address, fast-talked my husband into buying additional items, and was billed for $339.97. This would have been acceptable (the extra items-a memory card and extra battery for the camera), but they can be purchased for under $25.00. I finally filed a complaint with the FTC and will file with Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can. Not to mention that they were very RUDE on the phone (told I was wasting their time). They will not provide a copy of the audio recording they say is for their protection and that of the consumer. Do NOT deal with these people. I see others have had similar complaints!"

"I was sold "extra long life batteries" for a total cost of $89.95. This is a total ripoff. In was told that Iwould receive two of them, one in the camera package plus another one. the extra battery seems to be ligit, However, the one in the camera package is just the one that would normally come with the camera. The extra one is rated at 1650 mh; the one in the box is only rated at 1100 mh. Iwas told that they are both "long life" One might be the the other surely is not. My only option is to return the entire package (not just the batteries) for which I would pay a $45.00 re-stocking fee. I am screwed! By the way, a Nikon 1100 mh battery can be had for less than $10.00"
