AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED THE CAMERA BODY A CANON BATTERY AND AN AFTERMARKET BATTERY THEY CHARGED ME $529.00 AS A "PACKAGE PRICE" PLUS $30.00 SHIPPING MAKING THE GRAND TOTAL $559.00 WHICH DOES NOT ADD UP $399.00 AND $89.00. AFTER EMAILING SEVEN TIMES COMPLAING I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM A REP. BECAUSE I REFUSE TO CALL THEM AFTER CALLING FOUR TIMES AND WAITED ON HOLD FOR 15 MINS PER CALL BEFORE FINALLY HANGING UP. BUT THE REP CALLS AND ASKED ABOUT MY PROBLEM AND DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY HE JUST KEPT TELLING ME TO GO TO THE WEB SITE AND READ ALL THE FINE PRINT.

"Several reasons to STAY AWAY from this site! Products don't work, customer service non-existent and they sell grey market/refurbished items. Price too high for grey market and refurbished items.
Product - Nikon D5100 with default Lens. The shipment package included a Nikon 1 year warranty statement.
Order & Shipment process - Placed order Nov 26, received the product Dec 18.
Problems - Plugged in the battery into the charger, it was supposed to finish charging in 2-3 hours. The battery was still charging 24 hours later. Well I thought I would give the camera a shot anyhow. Put the camera in and turned it on, the camera shut down. I called "customer service" at AjRichies, it took me several days to get hold of someone. I was on hold for 30 mins before a male answered, he said "Contact Nikon for warranty" and hung up in 30 seconds. So, I called Nikon - to my horror they said the camera is refurbished, the lens is grey market and batteries aren't covered under warranty. Called AJRichies multiple times, emailed them but no further response.
If they don't respond in 24 hours and ship me a new battery I am calling my credit card to file a dispute."
"AJRichies offers a very impressive online shopping experience. They are a great alternative to shopping at the typical online portals such as amazon or ebay for electronics and specifically photography equipment. The prices were pretty much as low as they get on the internet. The order process and was quick and secure, and even my follow up interaction with customer service (to check on my recent order) was also a breeze.
The only thing I would suggest improvement upon would be the length of order process time... However, they are clear about their business policies, order processing and shipping times, etc. on the website. They do accept follow up calls to offer expedited shipping.
I don't often recommend people to online shopping venues, but I must say, AJRichies.com was quite exceptional. If you are looking for camera equipment specifically, it's the best place online."
"I received an item that I had tried to cancel. When I contacted customer service, they offered to let me keep the item and refund the charge, since I had cancelled just outside the timeframe. The customer service agent, George, was quite helpful. The downside is that it is very difficult to actually get through to customer service at AJRichies - the hours are limited and you must leave messages. But once I got through, they were very considerate in the resolution."

"Tried to buy a new, US warrantied camera from these guys.
The first one that they sent was a used camera that they tried to pass off as new.
We had to fight with them to get them to take this back. They refused to credit us and sent another camera. This one did not come with warranty cards and user's manuals. When I tried to register it, Nikon told me that it was not a US camera.
They refused to return this one for credit either. I had to work with my credit card company to reverse the charges.
These guys had the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
Avoid at all cost!!!!"
"NEVER deal with this merchant. There is no way they deserve a 3.5 star rating (made up of mostly 1's and 5's - how they got the latter can't be much of a mystery). They post low prices on the internet, but when they get you on the phone (which they will do, either due to some "problem" with the internet order, or to "check" the shipping address) is when the high pressure and deceptive salesmanship really gets going. They up-sell, quote higher prices over the phone than on the net, and try to get as many order add-ons as possible. Fortunately, I recognized this while on the phone placing the order, but unfortunately after I had given my credit card info. Fed up with the salesman continuing to add items to the order that I hadn't intended to buy and didn't want/need, I told him to cancel the entire order, and ended the call. Despite this instruction, the order WAS entered and the card charged, and I got an email "confirming" my order. When I called back to object, I was told it was their policy to enter the orders immediately and cancel (and credit the card) later (in this case, 8 days later).
IF you are considering an order from this seller, do yourself a favor and read some of the other reviews. Then do as I did, spend a little more money and deal instead with an honorable company."
