"I was impressed that I received a call from David at Ajrichies following up on my concerns. He listened first and asked how he could improve my experience. This is the kind of customer service that I appreciate.
My order arrived and all the components were there.
I placed my order on 7-12. I called to follow up. I was offered several upgrades, some of which I agreed to. My order arrived on 7-24-12 via (UPS in their typical fashion delayed delivery by a day, because someone forgot to put the package on the truck once it had arrived in Petaluma.)
I was told that my order would not go into the "system" until Monday, even though I called on Friday during business hours.
The email confirming the change in the order arrived on the 16th and after my second call.
I checked on the status of my order today, 7-18. It was supposed to be expedited according to the promise on the web site. According to tracking, my order is set to arrive on the 23rd - that is 10 days. The service and delivery option promised on the web site doesn't jive with this. A week to ship is not expeditious. However, given the attention I received with my follow-up, I am satisfied with my purchase and service. My expectations unrealistic - and that is the only reason I was not happy at first.
Ajrichies offers real people to talk to and to take care of you. I would order from Ajrichies again. They did go the extra mile to be sure I was satisfied with my order."

The one concern that we had was that our order was ready to go and be shipped out the door and it was put on hold until we called your company. It delayed our order and the only reason for the call was to see if we wanted to upsell or get a warranty. If we wanted a warranty, then we would have bought one when we placed our order. I don't like it when I am made to feel like I need to order a warranty. "

This is a scam company, commonly called a "bait and switch" operation. They charged me $300.00 for "identical merchandise" that I could buy off the internet for $48.00. David, Service Supervisor, offered me $100.00 back leaving a difference of $152.00 and when I didn't accept the offer, he started howling at me and accussed me of getting upset. He apparently does this frequently because he wouldn't let me talk...and anything I said was a lie. We did agree on me sending everything back. I realized that others reviews by Nicunurse23 and Crazykooke were right and to save time and money you are better off going somewhere else. I believe they are writing their own reviews but then again, some people just don't check when salesmen call and tell them of the great opportunities to save even more money. For a $30 saving ($369. vs. $399 anywhere else) for a camera and then they tried to rip-me-off ($300)on the battery and memory card. At least, I've learned enough to never do business with this company again. This is my second review on the order. A company that has this type of sales policy doen't even deserve a star!

Not impressed...order placed 7/2/12, rec'd notification of shipment on 7/16/12 or 14 days plus delivery time to receive order. This is way-to-long! If I had know that it was going beyond two weeks I would have purchased from someone else. Your ad stated that the order would ship within one to two days. Also, rec'd a call from your sales dept. recommending a longer life battery and chip...both very expensive! Not knowing exactily what came with the camera I authorized the items based on what I was told at the time. After checking the accessories that comes with the camera I found the battery, charger and chip to be very adequate for my shooting purposes. I don't like this type of salemanship and will most likely return the items. Am I pleased with Ajrichies...I wish I had ordered from someone else! No comment on the merchandize because I haven't received them yet...plus the UPS delivery ID number was wrong so I can't track the order. "
"I asked to cancel my order of over $5,000 on Friday the 13th of July, before it had shipped because the product I had requested is a different model then the one they had ordered for me over the phone. After researching the product via the sku # AJRichies provided, it had shown up as a cheaper version of the product I wanted. To my dismay, when I had called to cancel this order, the sales person proceeded to argue with me, telling me that the item had already shipped, which it had not since I just received shipping confirmation and a tracking # today, Monday, July 16th and then hung up on me when I asked "What ever happend to the customer always being right? I will never order from these people again especially since they are known for selling grey market items. Also, if you are not satisfied with your product, which I guarantee you that you won't be, they charge a 15% restocking fee and in my case is quite a lot of money. If I could give them negative stars I would and they will try and cheat you out of every penny you have!"
"7/16-I ordered a Canon EOS Rebel T3i & a 50mm f/1.8 II Autofocus Lens on 7/10/12. My credit card was immediately charged and I received an email that my order was processed and sent to the warehouse for shipping.
That was a week ago and I haven't heard anything since. I called today to see about shipping and & tracking info, after being on hold for 22 minutes, I was told "my item had been shipped & I would received an email today with my tracking info". I don't understand why the company can't give me my tracking number. After reading some of these reviews I'm pretty nervous about my purchase.
7/17-I still have yet to receive an email with my tracking number or information that my items have actually shipped... even though I was told I would receive an email yesterday.

They have been totally irresponsive - first failing to ship my order in an expedited manner when I had paid for them to do so, and keeping me on perpetual hold when trying to contact them. Then, reacting to my poor review, by offering to expedite my order if I would rewrite a positive review. When I finally received my order and wished to return a camera lens that they had suggested instead of the one I had originally ordered and again putting me on perpetual hold and so far failing to email me their return slip and instructions.
