"I ordered a Fujifilm camera and was told usually ships in one to two days. Didn't here anything for a week or two then got a notice that it was in the warehouse and ready to ship and my credit card was billed. I never heard anything else but after a few emails and phone calls I was told that it was damaged and removed from my charge. I never received the camera but they still offer it for $60.00 more. I don't think they want to sell it at the price they quoted."

"I recently purchased a Panasonic DMC-FZ47 camera and received in good order on a timely basis. The product isn't the problem, but the Customer Service is. There was a billing issue (I believe I was overcharged). I contacted Customer Service in order to get a breakdown of all charges since the invoice had combined everything into a package amount. I was transferred to voice mail to leave a message. I have since contacted them two additional times and twice more transferred to voice mail. To date, no one has responded to any of my calls. Their idea of customer service is nonexistent. I still don't know the breakdown of the billed amount or why I was overcharged.
UPDATE: After this posting, I was contacted 6/26 by AJRichies and they agreed to a satisfactory resolution involving a future refund of the overcharged amount. "
"I placed an online order for a camcorder from Ajrichies.com. A representative from Ajrichies.com called me to confirm what was ordered. After not recieving the camcorder 12 days later, I called AjRichies and was informed the order was on "backorder". The online order process did not inform me the item was unavailable nor did the representative who called me to confirm the order notify me it was unavailable. Their response to my inquiry was that they sent me an e-mail stating the item was on backorder. I didn't recieve any such e-mail. They stated my e-mail account must have sent their e-mail to spam although they had already successfully sent two prior e-mails. Nevermind the e-mail they claim they sent - Why didn't the representative tell me the item was unavailable when he called to confirm the order??? I'm not comfortable doing business with this company and my $ will be going to their competitors."

"My daughter was looking for the Nikon Aw100 to give me as a Father's Day gift and after performing a search AjRichies was the lowest price. She made the order over the phone and was told a confirmation would be sent to my e-mail. Never happened only got a message the the order was made and would be shipped directly, no type of bill. Kept asking for one but never got it. Never got a e-mail as to when it was shipped or tracking number, I asked for that too. Camera came within 4 days but needed a signature and I wasn't home. Got it today, Friday. Maybe if we did everything on-line I would have recieved what I was asking for. Would I come back to AjRichies, probably.."

"I ordered a camcorder online and a couple of days later got a call from a sales rep selling an extended life battery and a portable charger. I decided to get them. When I received my order 2 weeks after placing the order, the charger I received didn't fit the battery for the camcorder. I have tried emailing and calling them to get this resolved, but no one responds. I will never deal with them again."
