"During my search for Nex-7 camera, i came across their website for the second cheapest price. So I decided to give them a call. Speaking to the CSR, he had given me promotional package for the NEX-7 Package. Without the promotional package, there was going to be ~6-7% package fee for product and bring the cost up to $1689.00. Of all my online purchase I've never heard of package fee. This fee was not an option to discard.

Then there was the promotion for $1749.00, the CSR state that this is better because I was getting two ultra-long batteries due the stock nex-7 battery that only last 30mins of operation. When I read the nex-7 spec, the stock battery will last up to 400+ still picture, which in term last longer than 30 mins, it was kind of suspicious. Plus the promo gives me 5 year of accidental warranty. So I decided to take the promo due to the 5 year warranty.

When the package came, i contacted their repair operation “United Repair” through phone and email to register the product, but no answer. Through phone only got an answering machine. Through email: ****@****, no replies. Starting to think this might be fake business. So sent them their registration postcard. So far till this day, no notification of registration.

Test the stock and ultra-long battery for the nex-7. With still photo and standby mode the stock out lasted the ultra-long battery by 30 mins or 60 photos. Very disappointed, as the CSR say that the extra battery is better and last long than the stock.

I thought about returning the product, but according to their returned policy. There will be a 15% restocking fee. So I decide to keep the product, didn’t want to lose any more money. For the future I will not do business with them. I’m still not sure if their repair operation is legitimate. Cannot find any information about their repair operation. Base on the price for the product, i've paid too much for it."

"The company is great at selling products, they package everything up and charge you for everything in the package although they say no charge for this and that. I even bought a warrenty. Now I am trying to utilize this warrenty and am getting the run around and NOT ONE SOUL AT AJRITCHIES will contact me. I have made 10 attempts. This is not customer service. "Unfortunately, I cannot give Ajrichies a stellar review. I tried to buy this Panasonic DMC-FZ150 from a local retailer, but they could not supply it so I went on line to make the purchase. Ajrichies offered it at an excellent price, so I ordered it from them. When the camera arrived, the battery charger would not work with US outlets; it was meant for the middle east part of the world. This was on a Friday. I called, but they were closed until Monday. On Monday and Tuesday I called, got answering service, left messages, sent an email. They did not respond. Eventually i did get to talk to an actual person on Wednesday and they did send me the proper charger. This lackadaisical/non responsive customer service is not what I expect. Now I am beginning to use the camera. When I turn on the camera the storage card says that it is not the correct card if I want to take videos so why did they sell me this card? I guess I could try to call them to ask for an explanation, but I don't think I would be very successful so I am not going to bother. I would not recommend this retailer.

Part2: Upon seeing my less than stellar review AJRichies contacted me. I was favorably impressed with their concern.The rep explained that while I was trying to contact customer service, they were updating their phone/computer system and hence the problems with their customer service. He assured me that all was well now. He also had me talk to another person to solve my problem with the memory card, which he did. At this point I am a satisfied customer and I will upgrade my ratings."
