I just about to order the camera from Amazon.com, when I found the Panasonic FZ100 being offered at Ajrichies.com for a more than fair price. I thought it was too good to be true, until I called them to verify several things. They were most helpful not only explaining what came with the camera and the method of shipment (which was much more than other places), but also in purchasing the accessories I needed for the camera as well. "Placed an order with AJ Richies on 2/26/2012. I called 3 days later to confirm they recieved all needed information. Was assured everything was alright. They tried to sell me additional batteries and cards but I declined. Recieved an email 2 days later saying that I needed to contact them for information or they would cancel order. I called them and talked to customer service and again they tried to sell more add ons. Again I declined. 3 days later I recieved another email stating that if I didn't contact their customer service dept. in 2 days that order would be canceled. At this time I realized that it didn't matter how many times I called they would not put the order thru unless I bought more items at their trump up prices. I canceled the order and will not consider them again. Scam artist. Beware."
