"Do not be fooled by this site's marketing tactics. I was warned by other reviewers but decided to ignore them. Their style of marking a profit is far from upfront and truthful.
I ordered a Canon dslr from them on march 9 because of their cheap price and their lie of "Usually ships in one to two days." I received a call three days later requesting a confirmation of my order. The phone call was actually the salesman attempting to persuade me to buy overpriced accessories. They said my camera's stock battery was horrible and extras needed to be bought. I declined their offer and asked when my product would be shipped. They stated that the order still needed to be processed for one to two days. I called "customer service" two days later to asked if my product has been shipped yet. They said that they didn't have my camera in stock and that it would take 14-21 days until they received a new shipment. I cancelled my order that day after a week of wasted time.
This website mistreats their customers who don't buy their overpriced accessories. Do not waste your time with this site. They wasted my time and effort."

"I just tried to bought Nikon D90. Unfortunately something went wrong, so i returned it. Their customer service was good, in means of communication. I am waiting for my amount to refund, its in process it seems. Hopefully it will get resolved i believe. Lets see."

"Well, I really wish I would have come across this resellerratings website BEFORE I placed my order with AjRichies. I certainly think I would have gone with the next lowest priced retailer after reading some of these scary reviews. The next best price was only $15 higher, I hope I dont regret my decision. I placed my order at 6:30 PM today weds March 7. I will certainly be back to amend this review after the process is all said and done whether it is a negative or positive one. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Amendment(March 8, 5PM): So far, so GREAT...UPS tracking has this order in transit within 23 hours of my order!!
Cant ask for better processing then that! I'll be back to add comments on Tuesday March 13, when I receive the actual camera.
Amendment(March 14, 9PM): Okay, actually received the camera even 1 day earlier then promised on Monday 12th instead of Tues 13th, but this was UPS realizing they could get it on the truck earlier, not AjRichies. Either way, very, very, fast processing and shipping to me. No calls to upsell either.
Cons: These may bother some people so I will comment. It didnt bother me as much as it may someone else:
-The NEX-C3 camera kit I purchased was suppose to inlude 1 18-55 lens, but, when I received the box I noticed it was an original Sony NEX-C3 camera box kit which comes standard with 2 lenses. When I opened it I realized that it did include the one lens I paid for. The space for the second lens inside the box was empty. I also realized, and was also told by AjRichies Customer Service, that this box was opened by them and 1 lens was taken out and apparently sold elsewhere....Soooo, that would mean that this should be advertised as a "open box" camera kit, not "new". Didnt really bother me. I got the lens I paid for anyway.
-There was no warranty card in the box as there is in sealed boxes. Not a big deal, I called Sony Customer service and registered the camera with the model & serial number, so, apparently no harm either.
-I believe that this is a euro NEX-C3, which would mean its in the gray market. I dont really care as long as the price is better than here in USA. The reason why I say I believe its a euro is because the manuals are euro and the battery bag is the euro colored bag, yellow vs blue(U.S.)
Other then that, the camera seems fresh & un-used.
I will be back to amend again once I snap some shots this weekend."
"The spokesperson lied to me several times and I wasn't happy at all. He told me that AJrichies stuff wasn't the same as other websites but I see no difference at all. I was highly disappointed and even though I got the camera for only $1100, my total ended up $2200 because they told me I needed the rest of the equipment to operate it. "
"I picked Ajrichies because the price was 25% cheaper than all other companies. I received a phone call the following day confirming my order and I purchased some upgrades. Process and shipping took 1 week. I had some communication issues but all in all was a good experience. I would use Ajrichies again. "
"On March 3rd I ordered a Nikon P500 Red Model camera and after waiting Until March 9th. Found out March 9th that the model most likely won't become available again. So I changed my order for the Black model. On Monday March 13 was told item would ship. I never got a tracking number and made a review on this site that night. Got a phone call today from Andy that informed me that the camera would ship today. Was told it would be shipped overnight via UPS. I was also given a 5 year Extended warrantee for my inconvience."

"The price for my Nikon L120 was the best I found on the internet. Although ground shipping took longer than I had hoped to deliver my camera, it did arrive as scheduled and in tact. I even received a phone call from their management to verify that everything arrived as expected. "
"I am unhappy with their entire purchase process. I do not check my email everyday, rather every 2 weeks on my weekend off. Because of this, a week later, my camera still has not shipped, simply because they wanted me to call them to verify my address. I have not had to do this with any other internet purchase I have ever made. I am disappointed that I have to wait so long for my product to ship and will not purchase from them again, no matter how inexpensive they are. If I wanted to call them, I would have done so to place my order."
"I ordered a camcorder got an email stating would be shipped in 1-3 days. The 3rd day got an email to call them. I did and was told item was in and should be shipped (again in 1-3 days). Waited 2 extra days called to see if it was shipped and was told they didn't have it in yet. That is when I cancelled. I do not recommend them - you can pay a little bit more than them and have it shipped immediately. Think about it.
After posting this got an email that they found one and would ship one overnight. A little bit late for that. Not happy with them in the least. I will never do business with them or recommend them to anyone.

"Hello, my name is Amanda Atkinson and I live in Michigan. I purchased a Cannon G1x from Mark on 3/5 and asked that it be sent express delivery. This camera was only available for pre order on every website except Ajrichies. I asked Mark if it was in stock as no other stores had it, and he said yes. He asked if I wanted a warranty but I declined. I ordered a memory card and he upgraded it for me for free, the camera was also to come with a bunch of accessories. I gave him my credit card info and hung up. After I finished the call I was on Google and had come across some horrible reviews and ratings for this company and I panicked! I thought, well, I'll wait 3 days and see what happens. Sure enough, on 3/8 my package arrived. I was scared to open the box after all the bad things I read, but I did and everything was in there, unopened and in perfect condition. I immediately put the battery in the camera, set the date and time and began taking pictures. I love my new camera and I WILL purchase from Ajrichies again! Thank you Mark! "
"I placed a web order for a HD camera. They called to confirm and try to sell me accessories. They said 10 -14 days for delivery. After 16 days, they "had the camera on back order" and confessed it was a gray market item. They had no idea when they could get it. They could sell me a US version if I wanted to add $640 to the order. I cancelled. Recommendation: don't deal with these people."
