"I purchased Canon Powershot SX230 12.1 Megapixel/14x Zoom/1080p HD (Black)from the web site with a price of 199 USD. I did received order confirmation but never received any shipment information. When I called them, they told me that they are shipping the Camera and you should receive it, the order is in process. After two days, I called again and asked them about the order. I was told that they do not have Cameras and you are on back order. I was told that they send email to me with the notification on delays in shipment. When I went to their web site they were still selling the same camera with 25 USD higher price. So I understood that they do not want to send Camera to me since they are loosing money. When I talked to the representative again, they person was rude and arrogant and right away got ready to cancel my order. I will not recommend this site again to any one. "

"I read the reviews and was very skeptical of this company. However, knowing that if I ordered using my AmEx, I was completely protected, I proceeded to place an order online. I ordered a Canon Rebel T3i body only kit. I received an email confirmation. I called to expedite as suggested. They confirmed address etc and transferred me to someone trying to up sell me. They were very polite and I agreed only to purchase an extended life battery, which made sense. I had a lens and didn't need an extended warranty. No problem in completing the order. I received an email confirming order placement and total cost. Next day I received email with UPS tracking # and I verified that it shipped. It will be here tomorrow. So far, so good. Even if it is gray market, they are offering 1yr warranty. I'll probably upgrade in a year or so, so won't need it. I do NOT work with or for Ajrichies. I pastor a church and we need this camera for our services. The video quality is remarkable. So far, I am surprisingly pleased! My experience may not be typical, but maybe I'm lucky or blessed! Follow up on 2-16-12 I received everything today as promised. Couldn't be happier with them for this transaction!"

"Could be Bait and Switch artists, ordered a canon S30 and when the guy called to check the address (same as others mention) they tried to up sell me then, after I said no, told me the item was an import with no warranty, he later said it had no US warranty and I should have known this because they have another camera on their website that says it comes with a US warranty (nothing was mentioned on the product I chose except it had a 1 year warranty. Then "Morris" says the camera actually has writing in Japanese on the camera, I assume this was to get me to cancel the order. Be very careful ordering from them, I cancelled my order, I will not order from them again."
